Merry Christmas✨🎄✨. Today I got off work in half a day and went home🚗💨 After that, we went to Hasegawa Sake Shop 🚘 It's so crowded in Tokyo in the afternoon😅. I'm sure you'll like it. When I was looking around the store, I found only one bottle. I was curious about it, so I bought it ⤴️. I guess it's my first Isshaku Suisei and my first Kijoshu! It's delicious. ⤴️⤴️⤴️. I imagined it would be insanely sweet, but it wasn't that sweet, it was fruity and easy to drink🎵.

I got this from you last year 🎵. I think it's my first time to drink in Tokyo. Personally, I don't think I would choose this sake often! It's a bottle, so it doesn't fit in the fridge, and it's been stored in its packaging at room temperature for almost a year. If you look at the label, it looks like it should have been stored at room temperature 🎵. I looked it up and it is a sake brewery in Hachioji. I drank it warmed up this time because they said it would be fine in any temperature range🎵. The aroma is soft and gentle, like cooked rice. When I drank it, it was not as dry as I thought it would be, but it had a sweetness to it, not the glamour of today, but easy to drink. If the sake quality doesn't change too much, you can easily drink it as a heated sake when you want to 😄. It's delicious for what it is 🎵.

A long time ago This time we use 100% Hitogochi from Tochigi Prefecture❕ Rice polishing ratio 53 Alcohol content 16 degrees As the label says, the aroma is citrusy. Personally, I think it has a fresh and refreshing aroma like green apple🍏 or grapefruit. The taste is certainly well-balanced and elegant, with umami, sweetness, and sourness all well-balanced without being overpowering. I was mixing it around after opening the bottle, because the nigori had hardened at the bottom of the bottle, and the gas feeling was almost gone. I'm sorry about that. >д<) But it's good because it's delicious!

It's a series of pitches. Yesterday was our wedding anniversary 🎵🎉🎉🎉. My wife doesn't drink much alcohol, but she likes Hououmida's mikan🍊 and strawberry🍓💖. I like both of them too! This time, I served it with Lady Borden vanilla ice cream as a dessert. I read online that it's supposed to be delicious over ice cream, so I gave it a try and it was ✨so good! My wife and I both raved about it ⤴️. This is a must try for anyone with a sweet tooth🎵!

A winter staple, Senkin's Snowman⛄☃️. This is a repeat of every year. I think it was released earlier than last year😅. I can't start winter without it (exaggeration) I love the fresh and crisp smell of green apples🍏. The taste is sweeter than last year 🎵. It's not as dry as last year😅. This is about as good as it gets ⤴️. Personally, I love the taste🎵!

Repeating Hououmita Nikko Yumesasara Companion It was brewed to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the sake brewery, and the fan book was given as a gift. I think the taste is the same as before, so I'll skip it 😁. When I opened the fan book 📕, it seems that this sake is recommended for all temperature range, next time I will try to drink it warm 🎵!

Today is my birthday🎁🎂 Happy birthday🎁🎂🎉 I thought I'd have a rare sake for my birthday. From a wild rice cake in the fridge. The aroma is juicy and fruity, reminiscent of pears. When you drink it, you will find that it has a moderate sweetness and acidity, is easy to drink, and is not too flashy, but will accompany your food well. I paired it with gratin and salad rolls🎵.

First time in Amami Valley And it's new sake, nigori nama ⤴️. It had been waiting in the fridge for two weeks since I bought it, so opening the bottle was no problem 🎵! The taste I'm interested in.... The aroma is not that strong, in the mouth it is fresh and crisp, the sourness and sweetness are strong, but at the end the bitterness tightens up pleasantly and disappears quickly and crisply 🎵. This is delicious🎵! You'll never get tired of drinking it and your glass will be empty before you know it😁.

Nowadays, many new sakes are becoming available. First time in the series, Tanaka Rokugyo And it's new sake and raw sake❗! I'm glad I bought it because I've been curious about it for a while 🎵. There was a little bit of mist, so we started with the top clear. It has a sweet and gentle aroma of rice, and is smooth on the palate. It's very easy to drink and clean without any sharpness. When it is mixed with ori, the appearance becomes a little white, the aroma remains the same, and the mouthfeel remains smooth. The sweetness and umami are stronger and disappear slowly. It's delicious! ⤴️🎵

After the Collage, I enjoyed a local brand? Miyaizumi (a local brand) I was going to buy a standard Junmai, but I found this Yamadaho and bought it when there were only a few left 🎵. The other day, I made a reservation and went to the liquor store to pick up some leftover sake. When I went there before, they had some Collage Collage and Miyazumi Junmai, so I thought I would buy them this time. I'll drink Miyazumi when I finish it! Well, the taste is very mellow and mild. It has a nice balance of mellowness, mild aroma, sourness, sweetness, and bitterness, and is clean and easy to drink, so you can drink it easily🎵. I still can't get over how delicious it is! It's about time for new sake to be released⁉️

Pre-order at Hasegawa Sake Shop's online shop and pick it up at Kameido ✨. Lately, I've been into this. And when I go there, I search around the store and find some rare sake❗. It's fun 🎵! Gorgeous and fruity as always, with a fresh and crisp aroma like green apple🍏. It's sour, sweet, crisp, and slippery. It's delicious 😁. This time TATENOGAWA ODARI got by reservation at the online shop of Hasegawa Sake Store---! Sobei early season? I'm not sure. (...)? When I was wondering what it was, I found out that it is a variety of sake rice and is the parent of Kamenoo! And it seems that the area of the planting was increased over two years from the seed rice, and revived🎵. Now, how does it taste? The aroma is sweet and mature. In the mouth, the sweetness comes, the acidity comes, and the umami comes, but it disappears quickly and crisply without a trace 🎵! Not too sweet, not too spicy, just the right amount of saltiness and easy to pair with anything. It's delicious 😁⤴️!

The weather is getting a little cold, so we had some Takayasu which is made from the fantastic strong rice. To be honest, I didn't know about this brand, so I looked it up on the internet and found that it's delicious when heated. I warmed it up on my tokutoman and served it slowly in an oinokuchi, enjoying the change in temperature. But I have a stupid tongue! The only thing I could understand was the soft and pleasant aroma, the sweet and savory taste when I drank it, and the crispness that disappeared quickly. I couldn't tell if it became sweeter or more bitter with temperature change. But I'm glad I warmed it up because it's delicious and I never get tired of drinking it🎵. Today's drink was Yudofu with lots of mushroom 🍄. The kombu soup stock and the mushroom flavor went well with the sake 😁.

First time to TATENOGAWA OJI I've been curious about the character Tatenyan for a while lol. The best part is that I finally got to drink it! I'm not Tatenyan though😅. I'm sure you'll like it. I'm not sure what to make of it. When you put it in your mouth, the corners are rounded off and the sweetness is not that strong. The acidity is strong and crisp, and although we drank it cold, room temperature might be better 🎵. It would be good to pair it with seasonal autumn flavors and hot tofu!

10/1 is the day of Japanese sake. The other day, I went to the liquor store to pick up the winter month, and while I was walking around the store, I️ found a cute sake label. I bought it without thinking 🎵. My first Mifukyu❕ It's sweet, with a sizzling carbonation, a slight sourness and a fruity aroma, it's refreshing and very easy to drink. It's 8% alcohol and 350ml capacity, so I drank it all in no time✨. This is delicious 🎵.
