I couldn't drink it because it was such a waste 🎵. But I'm sorry if I don't drink it. So I finally opened the bottle 😄🎉 The aroma is not fresh, but more like ripe fruit🎶. Mark0795It's been a long time since I've had Hakurakusei Odawara, and this is the first time I've had cold wholesome food. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be great. I'm sure you'll love it! It's as good as ever 🎵. I paired it with grilled chicken, squid cod roe, and potato macaroni salad and it was delicious😋. Now that it's fall, I want to pair it with a piece of swordfish for dinner 😉.

It's sweet and sour as always and has a clean aftertaste 🎵. It's low alcohol (13 degrees), so you can drink it smoothly and the glass will be empty in no time😁. I think it goes well with many kinds of food.

There were many different kinds of sake we wanted to drink, but we had to give up due to the refrigerator problem. This time, I made a reservation on the online shop, and used the service that allows you to leave your order at the store. I'll leave it at that. Well, it's delicious as always 🎵. The matured aroma of pear and melon mature. It is juicy and full of flavor, and when you swallow it, it shows a light and dry face. After all, it is a food wine 🎵. This time, I paired it with cheese and salami for dinner🎵.

Mark0795The first Houraisen restaurant I heard that they released a new series. At first, I got the most affordable one, BLACK. The recommended temperature range is room temperature to hot, and this time we had it warmed to lukewarm. The aroma was soft and pleasant, partly because it was warmed. When you try it, it's refreshing and easy to drink, without getting tired of drinking it like a shokuchu or everyday sake. The alcohol was slightly low at 14 degrees, light and slippery 🎵. This time, I paired it with sushi at the beginning of the month, and it was delicious, accompanying all the ingredients well and not disturbing them at all.

It used to be available as a nama-shu, but I gave it up at the time due to poor health and problems with the refrigerator. I was able to drink it 🎵. It is very fragrant, sour, sweet, and especially umami, which is typical of Hououmita, and I found it to be a very delicious sake that is dark yet beautiful🎵. Mark0795Yamamoto❗ First time And yet, I️ got a drink commemorating the 120th anniversary of the founding of the company and the 10th anniversary of the birth of Pure Black. It looks like they used a different method to make the koji than the usual Pure Black and fermented it until the remaining sugar content was 0.1%😅. I don't know the usual Pure Black, so I can't compare it, but the aroma is like a pear, fresh and fresh. As for the taste, I thought it would be dry in the image, but it was not that dry, I felt the sweetness and flavor firmly, and I think it is a very clean aftertaste because there is not much lingering 🎵. I had it with tuna, squid and shimaaji sashimi as a snack and it went well 😁I have a stupid tongue 👅 so just for reference wow But I wonder if I'll use that cold storage bag😅www. I'm not sure if it's a good idea, but I think it's a good idea.

Please look at the label for more details. A sake YouTuber said it was like grape juice❗, so to be honest, I thought what kind of taste⁉️, but as I drank it, it certainly became more like grape juice w From the looks of it, it's not sake, it's not beer, it's light pink. At first when I drank it, there was a bitterness unique to beer, and the sweetness followed later, and it became like grape juice with an astringent taste😅. By the way, I bought it at Keyuya's online shop in Osaka. I drank way too much 😢.

Mark0795First time to drink sake from Fukuoka Prefecture! Mitsui no Kotobuki 純米cotinere🐞 Cochinele is easy to understand when you see the label 🎵 It seems to mean ladybug🐞😁. When I drank it, there is almost no aroma😅. In the mouth, it looks like water. Moderate sweetness, a little sourness, and a big refreshing taste😁. It's a food sake as the description on the label says🎵. If you like sour or sweet, it may be a bit lacking. It might be just right for guzzling 😉.

Refreshingly fruity, moderately sweet, and refreshing🎵! It doesn't have much of an alcoholic taste, and it's very light and easy to drink 🎵! It looks more like an origari than a nigori. The aroma is fresh and summery. When you drink it, the sourness stands out and the sweetness is moderate and refreshing. It's easy to drink😁. Mark0795While browsing the liquor section of the supermarket, I found a seasonal Mio❕ It seems to have been made to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the release of Mio🎵. It really smells like strawberries. The drink was also insanely sweet and tasted like strawberries 😋. It's 5% alcohol so you can guzzle it. It's like a foamy strawberry cocktail 😅. Would be great to drink with dessert after dinner 🎵.

Mark0795Another unusual sake from Kitano! MOTOKARA is a test brewed sake from Kamaya in Saitama. Usually sake is made by pressing the unrefined sake. This time, the sake was brewed in a different way. Rare sake oak I think there were only 150 bottles of this size (300ml) 😅. I bought it at Yokouchi-san along with Takachiyo and Kawanakajima. The taste is... The aroma is like a ripe banana or melon. If it's bad, it's semedyne. Hmmm 😅. I think semedyne might be more fitting 😅 The drink is a sweet white wine. It has a high acidity of 6.2, but the sweetness prevails, making it very easy to drink. I'm also convinced that it has a sake content of -24.0. Today I tried a little bit of the wine. I think it will be gone tomorrow😁.

Mark0795Hey ❗ Kitaro‼️. I can't help but say that. For some reason I thought that when I saw the label. This is my first time in Tottori. I bought some Chiyomusubi rice cake to try. There were labels of Kitaro and Nezumi Otoko, but I chose the Junmai Ginjo Kitaro. By the way, I think Nezumi Otoko is Junmai. It tastes like an old-fashioned sake. The aroma was not that great😅. I think it's dry but you can taste the sweetness and umami of the rice so it's very easy to drink 😄🎵. I think it's a good sake to drink while eating because you won't get tired of drinking it.

June is Sougetsu🌃 It's already July, but w Junmai Ginjo nigori sake with second fermentation in the bottle using Okayama Hakuto yeast and 100% Okayama grown Akebono rice. It's nigori, but it looks cool and lightly nigori. It's refreshing and perfect for the hot season, with a nice balance of sourness and sweetness that makes it easy to drink 🎵. It's written to go with fried crab claws... Σ(￣□￣;)! I have cream croquettes with crab claws in the freezer ❗ I'll try it before I finish it 🎵!

There was an exhibition of products from Tottori and Okayama, so I dropped by on my way home from work and bought it along with a cup of sake from Tottori. Be careful to open the bottle too! And the bottle is black, so I almost blew up when I opened it😅. It looks a bit white and lightly nigori. Fruity aroma, sweet and easy to drink, delicious 🎵. Alcohol 5.5%, I drank it all 🎵. 250ml is not much. It's good for tasting 😅.

The reason is simply because I want to drink it. Alcohol 12 degrees. Be careful opening the bottle too! It took me a while to open the bottle without overflowing 🎵🎵🎵🎵. It's fruity, sweet, and low in alcohol, making it easy to drink. This is delicious ❗Repeat is confirmed 🎵. This makes me want to drink more Genmai.
