I found Junmai on the internet and popped it👍.
Fruity but mild.
At the first sip, the acidity is strong.
As I continued to drink it, the sweetness spread and the bitterness came and it became sharp.
It's not too sweet, so I think it's a good sake for a meal.
It's only 300ml, so even if I drink it slowly, it will be gone by tomorrow.
