I've been curious about this for a while, so I got a bottle of Niidashi Zenshi Shu Meron 3.33. It wasn't that much of a melon😅. The owner of the sake shop said the same thing. Regardless of that, it's sweet, tasty, fruity, and delicious❗. The mouthfeel is thick, a bit gassy, and it disappears leaving a slightly sweet aftertaste. I don't think I could detect any acidity or sharpness. I think it is not a sake for a meal, but a dessert sake for before or after a meal. The only time I drink it is when I'm having dinner, so I'll drink it regardless 😋😋😋.

My first sake, Jyoshinin Kuheiji. First sake from Aichi Prefecture. I got it with a reservation and finally got to drink it 🎵! The slightest hint of nigori (lightly muddled) and the gorgeous aroma raised my expectations, the mouthfeel was fresh and gassy, sweet but crisp, and it was easy to drink, so the glass was empty in no time. I think I understand why so many people say this is delicious🎵.

I had my first cup of Kuheiji the other day! It's sweet, but it's not just sweet. It's really delicious! You can drink it without hesitation. If you want to drink it, you can drink about 4 bottles in no time!

Repeat from last year. I finally got to drink it 🎵. I let it sit in the fridge for over a month after I bought it😅. I've been drinking it for over a month in the fridge 😅. When I found the reservation information at the sake shop, I reserved it immediately. A few days later, I looked at the website and was surprised to see that the reservation was closed😱 The delicious taste was sweet, delicious, fruity, voluptuous, juicy and delicious sake. It's sad that this is the end of the line 😣⤵️.

Snow Fantasy's year-round standard drink from earlier. This is also a sake which made me listen to the Beatles! Go-kun of KinKi Kids gave this sake to Koichi-kun on his birthday. It's a dessert sake with a gorgeous, refreshing apple 🍎 aroma and a strong sweetness 🎵. The alcohol content is 9%, so you can drink it easily 🎵. The plum wine is less rich and more refreshing⁉️. It's delicious!

We are drinking the sake that we have been hoarding🎵. This time, we have a new sake of Sono-Sangiku. I left it in the refrigerator, so it was too calm and I couldn't pop the cork. It's sweet, gorgeous, fragrant, fruity, gassy, a little tingly, and if I drank it right after I bought it, it would have been even more tingly😅. The aftertaste is not that much, it's crisp and easy to drink 🎵.

Today is the 10th anniversary of the Great East Japan Earthquake. I'm sure there are still many people who are having a hard time. I still remember that I went to my father's parents' house which was damaged by the tsunami after the disaster. When I was thinking about how I could help, I found a reservation for Hidakami on Haruyama Sake Store's Facebook page and immediately made a reservation😁. I'm not a big fan of pre-ordering, but I do like the idea of being able to pre-order a bottle of sake. I'm a sucker for pre-ordering! It was a great experience. I'm sure you'll be pleased with the results.

Long time no post. I've been sick since mid-February and have been sober for 3 weeks. I've managed to get better, so I'm lifting my drinking ban on the web. And this time, I had a new sake from Meikagami-Tosui. Spring is around the corner and it's inspired by the Japanese winter, so I opened the bottle first🎉. I've had the standard Junmai Ginjo before, but this is new sake, and it's raw❗. Even though it's Junmai, it has a refreshing aroma that goes through the nose, and while the mouthfeel is sweet and slightly dry, it has a good balance of rice flavor and acidity, with a bitterness that refreshes later. It's still good sake 🎵. I have a lot of stock in the fridge right now so I can drink some spring sake😅.

My first time to drink sake in Kochi 钎Bijyo🎉 Buy online at Hasegawa Sake Shop👍. Delicious ⤴️! The foam is so strong! I almost overflowed when I opened the bottle! The aroma is fruity, like green apples🍏. It is very easy to drink, sweet but refreshing, and goes well with food. It's 14 degrees alcohol but you don't feel it and you might drink too much 🎵. It's a Junmai Daiginjo, but at 1,210 yen for 500ml, it's a bargain❗

First Risshun Morning Pressing❗ At first I was going to reserve the other sake at my local liquor store, but I gave up due to the reservation deadline. I bought it because there was a reservation at Hasegawa Shuten's online shop🎵. As expected from Senkou. It's fruity, fresh, sweet and tasty, with a nice tangy gas feeling on the tongue 🎵. The bitterness remains a little and disappears quickly😅. Today I paired it with a vegetable salad with fried chicken and crabmeat added, it doesn't get in the way so the glass empties quickly wow!

The first distribution to love the winter moon of the four seasons❗ January is the brightest month 🌃🌜 But we drank it in February on the web. The label is beautiful and the Junmai Daiginjo is beautiful. It has a refreshing but sweet fruity aroma. The sweetness of the sake is strong, but there is no miscellaneous taste, and it goes down the throat smoothly. I think the second one was in March😅. I can't wait!

This is a calming drink😁. It is fruity but modest. The taste is sweet, sour, and umami are all moderate, with no bitterness and a hint of tangy. It's well balanced and delicious 🎵. I think it is a food sake similar to Hakurakusei etc.

We had our first Hirotogawa❗ new sake. As for this one, it's not supposed to be heated 😅. Fruity and refreshing aroma. Slightly tangy and sweet on the palate. The aftertaste is dry and pleasant, which makes me want to drink it again🎵. It's delicious 😋👍.

I bought my first Nabeshima🎵. Junmai Daiginjo Kitashizuku Oki 3300Yen including tax I bought it without looking at the price. The label said to be careful when opening the bottle, but it only made a light sound ❗ and there was not much gas in it 😅. But it's so easy to drink and delicious 🎵. It's gorgeous, fruity, slightly mellow, sweet and juicy on the palate. I think I kind of understand why it's so popular 😁👍. I'd love to try a different one 😆. Let me know if you have any recommendations😄.

I had this as a dessert sake🎵. REPEAT. It's sweet and thick from the sloppy appearance and has strawberry morsels, so it's like strawberry milk🍓 My wife mixes it with milk to make real strawberry milk! I think I'll be repeating this again!

Happy New Year to you! We look forward to working with you this year 🎵. The first sake of the new year is Hidakami ❗ It is the first time. Not so fruity, but full of sweetness and flavor. It is a beautiful Junmai sake. I ate it with Osechi (Japanese traditional dishes) because it was the New Year, and it was delicious😆.

A snowman after drinking a nigori of hope⛄ Nigori sake continues 🎵. A repeat, still the same crisp green apple aroma. Gassy, schmoozy, sweet, sour and a little bitter. It's delicious 🎵🎵🎵. By the way, I think I let it sleep too long, but the cork didn't pop off. This is the last sake of the year😅. Have a happy new year everyone👍!

It's been a long time since I've seen you Refreshing aroma like a green apple. You can drink it easily because it has a bubbly gas feeling 🎵. The sweetness, acidity, and umami are well balanced, and as the label says, it's a food sake! I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be good. I hope it will mix next time!
