The first Shichida🍶. There were about 5-6 different types of shichida in the store and I honestly didn't know which one was better 😅. At first, I chose the one that is affordable and has a new manufacturing date. That is this sake made entirely from Aizan 🍶. It was fresh, gassy and delicious 🎵. I'd like to drink the others too ⤴️.

My first WINE CELL🍶🍷🍶. Sake made in wine barrels provided by a sake brewery and a friend's winery 🍶. Also, because it was left too long, there is not much fizz and it opens easily😅. I think I did the same thing with snowman⛄. Still, I'm sure it's delicious 🎵 It's very tasty with a refreshing acidity, fruity sweetness and a touch of bitterness 🎵⤴️⤴️⤴️️.

This was also purchased at Kakinuma. I wonder if there is just a little bit of a cage 😅. I thought it had a gassy feel. Ripe, fruity aroma with a strong sweetness and low alcohol content of 13%, making it easy to drink❗ It's delicious and the glass empties so quickly 😵.

Consecutive pitches~⤴️ Sparkling sake with red yeast 🍶. I was curious about it since it was introduced in a video by Sakelabo🎵. Mouthfeel like a sparkling rosé wine🍷. It has sweetness, but it also has a strong acidity and bitterness, so I thought it would be good as an aperitif or an in-between-dinner drink 🎵.

I completely forgot to post this on the web. I wanted to see the instrument Masamune and other things I hadn't seen in a while, so I went to Kaki-numa-san, which has also been a long time since I last saw it. Since the time of purchase was close to the date of the earthquake, I thought I would buy some sake🍶 from Fukushima, my father's hometown. Tastes as good as ever 🎵. Easy to drink, no alky taste. Personally, I've never had alcoholic sake, but this one always makes me think 🎵 it's delicious. Buy again and help with the recovery. This is the least I can do.

I drank this for the first time last year, and since it was reserved again this year, I didn't hesitate to snap it up on the web. It's so delicious‼️. Gorgeous aroma, fresh and juicy, good balance of sweetness and acidity⤴️⤴️⤴️. I'll have to pre-order and buy this one next year 🎵. By the way, I've never had the other one, I have to drink it 😅. What would you recommend?

I tried it because it is a new standard product of Kido 🍶. Hon Kido" 🍶. It seems to mean the essence of what Kido considers to be the true nature of things. When you drink it, it is soft and pleasant to drink. The aroma is subdued, and the alcohol content is low at 13ºC. The sweetness and umami can be felt, and the aftertaste seems to fade away quickly 😅. I think it's great for people who don't like dry 🎵.

I had my first bottle of Modern Senkou Kamenoo🎵. I haven't had a bottle of this since modern innocent except for seasonal ones😋. It's still very tasty 🎵. The aroma is reminiscent of melon semen. The aroma is sweet, reminiscent of melon red beans, with a slight tanginess on the tongue. The bitterness is not so pronounced, so the aftertaste lingers in the mouth and makes you want to drink it again🎵. I haven't had the classic Senkou yet, so I want to try it 🎵.

The glorious Fuji🗻 after a long time I think it's been a while since I've had a chance to see the bears in the forest. The rice used this time was Juganashi from Fukuoka Prefecture. My first sake rice. I went to my local liquor store and found it was the last bottle in the market. Good thing I was able to buy it 🎵. When I tried it, it had a mild aroma. It has a beautiful acidity with a good balance of sweetness and umami, and a nice bitterness. It is definitely a food sake. I think it is easy to match with various dishes🎵.

Happy Valentine's Day🍫 On such a day, I drank some rice wine from a rice field. And it was a noble sake The sake was made with a special junmai (rice wine). It is very sweet with a sake content of -28, but it also has a good acidity and bitterness, so it is very tasty 🎵! I heard that it goes well with chocolate🍫. My wife made it to look like a pie nut, but since we used 95% cocoa chocolate, it was not nearly as sweet. The aftertaste was bitter😅. But since she made it for me, I put some strawberry jam on it that I had in the fridge and it was delicious🎵. It went surprisingly well!

The best thing about this product is that it is very fruity, sweet, sour and easy to drink. I'm sure you'll be pleased to know that I'm not the only one who's a fan of this type of food. Today is Setsubun👹 Eating ehomaki and drinking 🏠😳 oldest I had a lot of food without worrying about the direction or not talking at all 🎵🎵. This time, I drank Hidakami Junmai Ginjo Lightly Nigori. I was curious about it because of the cute label on the sake shop's online store. When I had it from the top clear, the aroma was moderate, but when I sipped it, I could feel the flavor and sweetness of the rice 🎵. It is a beautiful sake with a good balance of sweetness, acidity, and umami. It was so delicious that the glass was soon empty! I drank twice as much as usual on the web. I would recommend this one😁.

Winter Moon, a distribution program for loving the winter months of all seasons🌒 One year is the bright moon🌙 Junmai Daiginjo Raw Sake with Okayama Akebono and Okayama Hakuto Yeast 🌃 Sweet, fruity, sour, slightly tangy on the tongue, clean sake with no miscellaneous flavors and disappears with a crisp 🎵. It's delicious as always🎵!

I haven't had one in a long time so I bought one 🎵. I think the last time I drank alcohol from Aisan was when I drank BLACKPHENIX😅. It's been about 3 years since I've had it. The best part is that it's a good thing that I'm not the only one who likes it. I don't remember what it tasted like at the time, but it was fruity, sweet, juicy, with a nice bitterness at the end and a good balance of flavors that hasn't changed 🎵.

I finally got it open ⤴️. I still have some Daishichi left, but I've opened it🎵. The foaming was so great that I almost overflowed yesterday and gave up halfway through 😢️⤵️⤵️. I had to let it settle for a day and then slowly open the bottle. I'm sure you'll be pleased with the results. The aroma was lactic acid like yogurt? The aroma was lactic acid, like yogurt, with some freshness like green apples. As for the taste, as others have said, it's not too sweet. The taste is not as sweet as others have said, but the thick tailings and bubbles make it pleasant 😄. The best sake in the world! I'll be back for more next year 😁.

First time in Ooshichiki! Last year's birthday 🎁🎂 was a present from my brother who lives in Tokyo. Sent to me with an Aizu Commander 🎵. It seems to have been matured at low temperature, so it doesn't have much aroma. It was a Junmai Daiginjo sake with 50% polished rice. Beautiful acidity and a bit of bitterness... maybe there should be some. The sweetness was moderate, and the aftertaste after drinking was dry✨. I wanted to drink dry sometimes, so it was just right w It's delicious! ⤴️ Actually... I was actually going to open Mitsui no Kotobuki's active nigori instead of this one, but the blowout was so half-assed that I had to let off a little gas and give up 😢️⤵️⤵️. I'll see if I can open it tomorrow😅.

It's my favorite drink that I've been waiting for. I asked Hasegawa Sake Store to put it on layaway at their online store, and then went to the store to pick it up. When I was exploring the store, there were still 5 bottles 🎵. (At that time, it was still before Christmas last year). I had hoped to get another bottle when I bought it last time, but it was sold out. So this time, I bought another bottle to make sure that won't happen again. Still fizzy as ever. When I drank it, it was sizzling. A little bit of bitterness, but also a good amount of sweetness that goes well with fried tofu ⤴️⤴️⤴️. At 9% alcohol, it's very easy to drink, so you can gulp it down🎵! Now I want to try the spring/summer one and the noble sake 😉.

Aizu Nakasho Junmai Daiginjo Tokujoshu (Special Sake) It is fruity but not too sweet. Aizu Nakamasa Junmai Daiginjo Tokujyo is a fruity but not too sweet sake that goes well with Osechi (Japanese New Year's dishes).

Last post of the year. Nature Village in Fukushima Prefecture Freshness and a bit of gastronomy. Fruity and very easy to drink 🎵. Today is the New Year's Eve⁉️We had beef stew, tempura and New Year's Eve soba. I'm sure it will be a poor review next year as well, but I hope you enjoy it (*- -)(*_ _)
