Sweet aroma, smooth attack. The taste is clean and delicious. It goes in smoothly and is light and full-bodied.
Sake made by a small sake brewery in Minato-ku, Tokyo. It goes well with both sweet and soy sauce.
It's been a while since I've had an Edo Kaijo. The bottle looks like a wine bottle, like an impression of the work.
I think this sake is made by a brewery that is particular about the ingredients they use in Tokyo, which makes me think that they are particular about where their ingredients come from, but the effort to go above and beyond that must be extraordinary.
