Sake bought for hotel drinking on a business trip to Tokyo but brought back without drinking.
It cost about 1,200 yen for a 290 ml bottle, so it's quite a high-end sake, isn't it? Small bottles are rather expensive.
It's delicious with a robust flavor 🥰.
A small bottle is not enough for weekend drinking 🤣.

At a sake meeting in Tokyo.
It was very tasty with a refreshing flavor and acidity.
It was 290ml, so it ran out quickly.
☀️
I was concerned about the acidity before, but this time I think it's not so bad... 🙄.
I can taste a subtle sweetness as well as umami, and the flavor is well-rounded 🙄.
In a previous post you wrote something about "firm acidity" but there seems to be no acidity 🙄...
I guess it was different inside... 🤣
I think I'm going to start my journey to find the real Edo Kaijo 🤗
Purchased at Gransta on a business trip to Tokyo
There were about 10 people in line to buy it...
That's just like in Edo!
The aroma has a hint of acidity.
Not so much in the mouth
The bitterness is strong and lingers in the mouth.
It is subtle.
We arrived in Tokyo early and went to Kogaon Dango (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) as requested by his wife.
The sesame seeds and wasanbon are good!
The expiration date is the same day, so you can only buy them here.
I walked 18,000 steps to get home.
My feet hurt, I guess I don't get enough exercise.
Tokyo Souvenir Sake #2
Purchased at Hasegawa Sake Shop, which I had been wanting to visit!
This is the first brand of Edo Kaijo, which I have been interested in for a long time!
It was served cold.
Mellow aroma like melon and mango.
Slightly gassy.
Slightly astringent with more volume in the aftertaste
Smooth mouthfeel 😅I wonder if tap water in Tokyo is like this?
