Purchased at Hasegawa Sake Shop, which I had been wanting to visit!
This is the first brand of Edo Kaijo, which I have been interested in for a long time!
It was served cold.
Mellow aroma like melon and mango.
Slightly gassy.
Slightly astringent with more volume in the aftertaste
Smooth mouthfeel 😅I wonder if tap water in Tokyo is like this?
My first Tokyo sake.
Sake with an unusual aroma.
Tastes fresh, deliciously dry.
It has a slightly gaseous taste and is a sake that I would like to try again.

Not so fruity and quite dry, maybe because it's a pure sake, but somehow powerful 💪.
The alcohol feeling comes on strong (I'm sorry I'm not very good at expressing it. 🙇♀️).
Maybe it's because it's been a while since I had a sake day 😀.

More acidity than sweetness. After a day of drinking, the acidity level is reduced and it becomes easy to drink.
A holiday arrived in Ginza in search of Tokyo sake. I came across a tasting of Edo Kaijo.
Junmai Ginjyo Harushu Nama Nama sake.
The flamboyance is Yamadanishiki. But I am not sure what it really is.
I think I'll go out again to buy a four-pack next time.

The taste is refreshing.
Sourness comes in afterwards and fades away quickly.
