Last day of my business trip to Tokyo
After work, I went to the sake department of the Ikebukuro Tobu Department Store after a long time 🚃.
This brewery was having a tasting event there.
Shiraoi in Tokoname City, Aichi Prefecture
It was my first time to try this sake.
I compared four kinds of sake and bought this one.
The spiciness comes with a bang from the firm sweetness and umami 😋.
This flavor is not the trend, but I like it 🥰.
It's strong but spicy so you don't get tired of drinking it👍
Most of the sake here is consumed locally on the Chita Peninsula, so it's hard to get it out to the rest of the country.
