You can buy the standard stuff in Kumamoto, but you don't see much raw or otherwise 🥲.
It's been a while since I opened a bottle of Shinkame's active nigori sake.
After 10 minutes of opening and closing the lid, it was finally ready to drink 😁.
Clear and dry, of course the gas is strong!
This seems to go well with fried fish, fried fish, and other hearty meals 😋.
The alcohol content is high at 17.5%, but it's easy to drink because it's so refreshing 🥰.
I'm thinking of heating it up once the gas settles 🤔.
I wonder if it will last until then 🤣.
