Hakutsuru Nishiki 2023 and 2024 Jikin Hakutsuru Nishiki comparison 🤔
I've never had Hakutsuru Nishiki as a rice for any brand.
I've never had Hakutsuru-nishiki before, but it has a nice aroma of ginjo. The final taste is a good acidity. Both are delicious 😋🤤🤤.
I think 2023 is a little harder. 🤔
