Well, well, well... Today, I'm going the modern route again. I chose this fruity sweet 💁. I think this is my second bottle of Machida Sake Brewery 🤔. This is another popular sake 🍶. The ginjo aroma is faintly fragrant like apples and pears. The sweetness comes after the acidity. It is delicious 😋. Delicious 😋. The third picture, with our favorite empty bottle on display. Well, well, well, my favorite, Hana-yosama: ❤️ In our house, we call it Abi-sama. Hanaabi THA PLEM IUM series Miyamanishiki Ooragarami It's been in the cellar for about a year 😌. The aroma and flavor are the same. It's just a little weak. I think it's more rounded than weak 🤔. It doesn't have the full pineapple feeling in a very good way. Is it the difference in sake rice? Is it the difference in rice polishing ratio? Is it the way it feels? I felt it was a little light on the first day 😌. On the second day, a little bit of sweetness and bitterness 🤔. I think both the first day and the second day are delicious after all. Both of them were still hana yang sama...

Well, well, well... Akabu no Nigori-✨! First, let's start with the top clear liquid without mixing in the ori, oh, it's so refreshing 👍It has a refined and gorgeous aroma and taste 😋. Here we go...add some oriki to the top clearnace. The flavor and silky texture is a nice change from the previous one 🤗. I've had it every year, and the more I drink it, the more delicious it becomes. I'm sure you'll enjoy it as much as I do. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

Well, well, well... Here comes Jikin!　So, Tojo Yamadanishiki 🍶. Before eating rice cakes, since it was Kagamibiraki, we had it as an aperitif. It was served as an aperitif before the rice cake was served. Great taste as always! I can drink it by itself without any side dish. I really love Jikin😍Fruity but with a clean aftertaste. Now, when I'm done drinking, I'm going to have some rice cake 😊. Speaking of Sendai, "Zunda" is the most delicious thing in the world.

Well, well, well, today, while eating the rice porridge with the seven herbs, I finally got a break from work and opened a bottle for the NEW YEAR 😆✨. I'm going to drink it as all the senior members of Sake-no-wa have already sent their comments on the tasting 🤣. It's good, it's good, it's good, it's stable 👍. I'm on my third bottle of Tasake, and I'm only a few days away from having 12 bottles.... I'm on my 3rd bottle now.... I will collect them patiently 🤔. This was also a very good bottle of Tasake👍👍👍

Urakasumi x Ichinokura. The second year of collaboration project sake 🍶. Dry, quite dry 🤔 Not much, no aroma. Faintly, ginjo aroma. The first year was quite popular, so I got it this time. Maybe I didn't hear as much buzz as last time. Oh, but it seems to have sold well. The pre-order was sold out👍. It is a good sake that you can drink and not get tired of drinking 😋.

No bitterness at all... ‼︎ It is softly sweet but goes down smoothly, and it is delicious and pleasant to drink, with a slight warming sensation at the throat 🤣. It was delicious and nothing like any sake I've ever had 🤤. It was a very good drink 👍👍👍👍!

Happy New Year 🌅Guests: ㊗️🎉 The first bottle of the new year is Hakurakusei from my hometown, Miyagi 🌟. The ultimate food sake, fresh, crisp and clean 😋. It really goes well with any meal 😋. I drink it with just the supernatant, or mix it with orikomi. It's a nice taste. I'm going to work from New Year's Day 🤗I'll be working from New Year's Day again this year ^_^I'll be working tomorrow too ^_^. I think I'll be off the day after tomorrow🤔. I'm going to work hard this year too, and raise my kids while I'm working hard and doing my best 💪, my kids are growing up fine on their own. ❤️ I hope everyone in Sake-no-wa will join me again this year 🙇I hope many of you will get involved and I will get involved 😆🤗🤗.

Merry Xmas everyone! I never dreamed that I would be able to choose this at the end of the year for Christmas 🥹. Life. Life" is something that dwells in all living things. The message from the brewery on the label is the spirit of the brewery 😭. I am also a person on the side of creating dishes because of my job, but I am making dishes with a lot of life, and we are breathing life into our own creations. What a deeply moving sake 🍶. Drinking this made me think a lot. I hope to set a new goal on Christmas Day and achieve it next Christmas.... I hope to achieve it next Christmas 🙇. And now, the sake that was entered in the Kudoki-Ue New Sake Competition! It's absolutely delicious 😋 you know, when you open it, you can smell the fruity, pear-like aroma wafting through the air, and when you sip it, it has a beautiful sweetness, with no cloying taste at all. I think it is the best modern type of sake, not a mealtime sake, but an aperitif or dessert sake. It's perfect for those who love sweet sake and noble sake 😊. I posted the same thing in the summer, but this is another bottle that I let sit for a while, and I think it has more flavor and more fruity taste than when I drank it before. The sweetness and acidity are intertwined and it's a nice 🤭. I haven't had it in a while, but it's still delicious 😋. When the temperature rises a little, you can feel the bitterness in the back of your throat, and it's fun to see the change 😊. I'm drinking it before dinner even though it's supposed to be a food wine... 😆. But it's really good on its own 👍👍👍👍 It's a very good drink 😤.
