My favorite village Yu😊. When I find it, I buy it immediately ✨ I think it's one of the driest and driest Murayu I've ever had 🤔It's sweet but.... Hazurra no huzurra no kafuda sake 🍶. Oh, what can I say, this is delicious 🤤😋. It's so sweet and fruity, I feel like I'm drinking too much 😆 I can't stop, my cup just keeps getting fuller and fuller. I can't stop - the cup just keeps going and going. 👍 There are a lot of different sake rice varieties out there, baggage tag sake: 🏷️ Looking forward to conquering all the varieties 😊~!

I was really curious because you guys posted it and I found it at Yamaya and just had to pick it up 😆. Spodolis with 5 degrees of alcohol 😆😆😆😆. It's just plain delicious. 👍 The 3 deci I tried was good enough for me. It's not enough for me, though, so it would be nice to have something else to drink. 🤔

Rice and grapes (Koshu) I had an image that it was like wine because it is made from grapes 🤔I thought it would have an astringent sour taste. However, it was not like that, it had a sweet and fruity taste from the aroma of grape 🍇. It was a little tangy, easy to drink and went down smoothly. ☺️ Not like sake, not like wine, but in a good way 😊. It was a delicious sake 🍶. I asked my kids to buy a baked sweet potato from a truck that came to sell it in front of my house, so I drank it with a side of baked sweet potato 🍠 and it tasted even sweeter 😆.

Kikuhime is a rich, mellow, umakuchi (flavorful) sake that has been matured slowly to add umami flavor. Therefore, it is slightly golden in color. The label on the back of the bottle says "Kikuhime", We had aged it in the refrigerator for another year. It was not just slightly golden, it was a solid golden color. It's slowly turning into autumn, let's drink it while relaxing today. ☺️ Kikuhime, full of deliciousness in the long autumn nights, with a light grain aroma. Delicious aroma! Very good for a quiet drink 😊. The robust umami flavor comes up afterwards. It is a good sake 🍶.

Well, well, well, Muro posted this just the other day, and I couldn't resist opening it today: ‼️ It's so good! Why is it that all the Kangiku are so good? I think Denshogiku will have a non-origara-mi soon, but that was the first Denshogiku I had ever had. Of course, it's also very tasty. This is the first time I've had this orikarami version 😆👍. It is the most delicious and sinks into the five and six internal organs 👍👍👍👍👍. The taste, aroma, sweetness, flavor, acidity, and bitterness are all perfect in my opinion 😋. If you like sweet and tasty, you should definitely try it 😆😆.

One of the bottles of sake I purchased just the other day when I visited my brother-in-law and his wife in Tokyo for the first time in a year. I guess the city is different. The selection is unbelievable 😕 I chose a few bottles of the best that I couldn't buy in my hometown and got them 😆. First of all, I got some Edo-kaijo-kakei. Aromatic aroma, sweetness that is typical of Aizan, and a good balance of acidity 🤔. More fruity 🍶. It's delicious! The small 290ml bottle was not enough for me, I would have been happy with a regular 720ml bottle 😲. I finished it in a blink of an eye 😅 too good 👍

Nice sound when you open it: ☺️ Aroma, nice ginjo aroma 💁🤔 a little tangy 🍶 when you take a sip. After that, it was delicious with a gentle sweetness and a clean finish: ☺️ I've been keeping it in the fridge for a little while because I got it from a new sake shop that I work at. I'm looking forward to another bottle of Takeyu with a different rice. 😊

Second bottle today😋. I've been wanting to try this one. I had high expectations of how delicious it would be if I poured it over rice wine and komachi 😊. Ahhh 😲 what can I say? Yummmm! Sweet, tasty and acidic, a perfect three 🙆. A balance that does not make you tired of drinking 👍 I'm in the mood to drink as much as I can because I had some unpleasant things happen today😅. I hope to be able to work again tomorrow with full of energy and vitality 🙏. I'm sorry if my posts make you feel uncomfortable. 🙇‍♀️ But you know, this rice wine is really ‼️ delicious 😋😋😋😋. You can drink it by itself and it's totally fine. You don't need 🙂‍↔️ for the entrée 😆.

The bottle opened with a nice popping sound😃. I don't feel the aroma that much. I can feel it 🤔. The first sip has sweetness, but I also feel sharp spiciness, both. At first the sweetness comes in a little bit, but as you drink it, it gets more and more sharp and spicy, with a bit of bitterness. It has a different taste from Sharaku. Fukunoka is a sake made from 100% rice from Fukushima. It's not bad, but if it was side by side with Sharaku, in my opinion It's delicious, but I'm a meek person 😆.

Today was my oldest son's rookie game: ⚽️ Unfortunately, it was a close loss, but my eldest son played very well and was very tenacious. (Parental stupidity showing) 😅His son is growing up so fast day by day 😊. Well, well, well, well.... Today, we got the Aizan from Jishin, so we opened this one that had been sitting in the cellar for a year waiting for its turn to be served 😋. The bottle opened with a pop and a nice aroma: ‼︎ The first sip is refreshingly sweet, with a light bitterness at the end. It is still delicious 😋 I secretly wish I could drink it with my children and enjoy its deliciousness 😊👍😊.

I think this is the first time we have it in our house 🤔. It has a sweet apple-like aroma, and when you take a bite, the sweetness spreads in your mouth and lingers in the aftertaste 🍶. Delicious 😋. Unfiltered, so it has a slightly yellowish hue and a thick texture. Junmai-shu brewed with only 200 kilograms of 100% Yamadanishiki. I don't see it much at Sake-no-wa. 🤔. However, it's so delicious that you should definitely get it as soon as you see it. I left it for a couple of days, and after 2 days, it was sweeter. This was delicious 😆. It's just the right balance between dry and sweet, and it's not on either side of the spectrum, so I think it's a sake that everyone will like 😋.

Yamada Nishiki and Omachi matching 😋. I love it😍I really like hanayo 😊. Tropical passion fruit, pineapple 🍍. The ginjo aroma is pineapple . You can drink it on its own without any entrée 🍶. I think it's a good aperitif, or maybe you have to drink it before a meal, otherwise it won't go well with a meal 🤔. I think I'll think about the next one after drinking this one. Drink a little at a time. THE MATCH This is my first time drinking it, and I think it's a good choice for people who like Huayoyangyu 👍. I think it is better to drink it after the second day of opening the bottle. The first day, the bitterness and gorgeousness stand out, but I feel a bit bitter, so I think the second day is better. It was extremely good 👍👍👍👍!

Halloween version of the Red Tomb 🎃. The first release this year😃It's so popular, I asked if it's already sold out because I couldn't find it in the store. I'm sorry 😅. I gave up on it 😨. I went to my favorite liquor store and they said they sold out of the in-store portion as well. But, you know, most of the customers asked me if I had it in stock. I had told most of the customers that it was already sold out, but they said they had a stash 👍What are you going to do? I said, "What are you going to do? Well, I'll buy it 🙇. It's a clear Junmai sake, a little sweet with no cloying taste, just like Akabu. A little acidity lingers but it's easy to drink. It was like this on the first day, I wonder what will happen after a few days?

Sake Day 🍶. I learned about it for the first time today 😅I haven't studied enough 📖. Anyway, I'll get back on track. I chose this one to enjoy my first Sake Day: ‼️ 100% Tojo Yamadanishiki Alcohol 16%, Rice polishing ratio 35 Sip and it's beautiful! The sweetness comes afterwards. It's so refreshing, you can drink it without hesitation. The bottle is also very nice!　Even the lid is made of glass!　Everything about this sake is beautiful 😆. The bottle, even the way it is made. This is delicious 😋! The best of both worlds: great taste and great cost performance 👍. It's quite fizzy and shwashy! Oh, this is also delicious! It has a fruity taste hidden behind the fizziness, and it's not water, but soda water for adults 😊. The alcohol content is 15%, but it doesn't feel like it, so you can drink it in a big gulp 😆😆😆.
