Today was my oldest son's rookie game: ⚽️ Unfortunately, it was a close loss, but my eldest son played very well and was very tenacious. (Parental stupidity showing) 😅His son is growing up so fast day by day 😊. Well, well, well, well.... Today, we got the Aizan from Jishin, so we opened this one that had been sitting in the cellar for a year waiting for its turn to be served 😋. The bottle opened with a pop and a nice aroma: ‼︎ The first sip is refreshingly sweet, with a light bitterness at the end. It is still delicious 😋 I secretly wish I could drink it with my children and enjoy its deliciousness 😊👍😊.

Tomorrow is my oldest son's rookie game😃⚽️ Please make my son's wish come true! I'm going to open a bottle of Ding for that reason 😆. Soccer⚽️ is working very hard, so daddy will do his best to cheer him on 📣. It's already gotten cold in Sendai, but we still have some summer sake in the lineup along with the fall sake. Well, well, well, well... Ding, after a long time! I imagined it to be a refreshing summer sake, but it has a fruity taste at first, but the acidity lingers 🤔. I feel it is well balanced 😋. I'm saving it for tomorrow to get my revenge 😊.

I think this is the first time we have it in our house 🤔. It has a sweet apple-like aroma, and when you take a bite, the sweetness spreads in your mouth and lingers in the aftertaste 🍶. Delicious 😋. It has a refreshing Junmai Daiginjo taste and is very complete, so you won't get tired of drinking it. I was out of it in no time 😆.

Unfiltered, so it has a slightly yellowish hue and a thick texture. Junmai-shu brewed with only 200 kilograms of 100% Yamadanishiki. I don't see it much at Sake-no-wa. 🤔. However, it's so delicious that you should definitely get it as soon as you see it. I left it for a couple of days, and after 2 days, it was sweeter. This was delicious 😆. It's just the right balance between dry and sweet, and it's not on either side of the spectrum, so I think it's a sake that everyone will like 😋.

Yamada Nishiki and Omachi matching 😋. I love it😍I really like hanayo 😊. Tropical passion fruit, pineapple 🍍. The ginjo aroma is pineapple . You can drink it on its own without any entrée 🍶. I think it's a good aperitif, or maybe you have to drink it before a meal, otherwise it won't go well with a meal 🤔. I think I'll think about the next one after drinking this one. Drink a little at a time. THE MATCH This is my first time drinking it, and I think it's a good choice for people who like Huayoyangyu 👍. I think it is better to drink it after the second day of opening the bottle. The first day, the bitterness and gorgeousness stand out, but I feel a bit bitter, so I think the second day is better. It was extremely good 👍👍👍👍!

Halloween version of the Red Tomb 🎃. The first release this year😃It's so popular, I asked if it's already sold out because I couldn't find it in the store. I'm sorry 😅. I gave up on it 😨. I went to my favorite liquor store and they said they sold out of the in-store portion as well. But, you know, most of the customers asked me if I had it in stock. I had told most of the customers that it was already sold out, but they said they had a stash 👍What are you going to do? I said, "What are you going to do? Well, I'll buy it 🙇. It's a clear Junmai sake, a little sweet with no cloying taste, just like Akabu. A little acidity lingers but it's easy to drink. It was like this on the first day, I wonder what will happen after a few days?

Fruity aroma of Gakki-esque 😆 This is highly anticipated 👍Now it's time. Mmmmmmmm 😋😋😋😋😋😋. So much peach, pear, and muscat! Wave after wave of flavors in my mouth... This is definitely one of the best Masamune 👍. Even if you're not a fan of fruity wines, I think it's a great aperitif because it's so refreshing 😆. It's great as an aperitif 😆 It was extremely delicious. It's a great aperitif 👍👍👍! I drank it in gulps 🤗

Sake Day 🍶. I learned about it for the first time today 😅I haven't studied enough 📖. Anyway, I'll get back on track. I chose this one to enjoy my first Sake Day: ‼️ 100% Tojo Yamadanishiki Alcohol 16%, Rice polishing ratio 35 Sip and it's beautiful! The sweetness comes afterwards. It's so refreshing, you can drink it without hesitation. The bottle is also very nice!　Even the lid is made of glass!　Everything about this sake is beautiful 😆. The bottle, even the way it is made. I'm fascinated by this sake from the bottle to the way it looks 😆. Cheers to Sake Day 🥂 Cheers to everyone at Sakewa ‼️

This is delicious 😋! The best of both worlds: great taste and great cost performance 👍. It's quite fizzy and shwashy! Oh, this is also delicious! It has a fruity taste hidden behind the fizziness, and it's not water, but soda water for adults 😊. The alcohol content is 15%, but it doesn't feel like it, so you can drink it in a big gulp 😆😆😆. It was extremely good 👍👍👍👍!

Ouroboros, a bottle I got because of the golden dragon: ☺️ Delicious noble sake 😋. I personally can count it among my top 5, It's a good kijoshu👍 It's a little sweet and slightly effervescent, so it goes down rather easily. It's perfect for dessert 🤔.

A gift from a senior who retired in February. I had kept it in my cellar for a long time, and now I'm ready to open it 🍶. Delicious 😋. Where did he get it? I couldn't ask 😂. My wife and I were talking about how we've never seen this in Miyagi, but this fruity, sweet and delicious, it hit my taste buds right on the nose 😆. It's really good👍! I've never been to Kyushu, including Nagasaki, where there's great sake, but I'd love to go there someday and buy some myself 👍.

First time at Harvest Moon! Oh, how delicious it is 😄! The moon and the full moon have passed 😂.... Aroma of citrus fruits, soft sweetness when you include it 🐎. The end is beautifully acidic. I'll be back 😋. Next year, I'll drink it with tsukimi (moon viewing) 🍶. It was extremely good 👍👍👍👍!

Made with 100% Ginga no Shizuku from Iwate Prefecture Good to eat and good as sake👍It says so on the label. My image of this sake is that it is a dry sake with a medium sharpness 🍶. Compared to other purple air, it has a pretty sharp sharpness. It has a very good summer sake character🙆. I heard it tastes great with rice 😋 I want to try the Galaxy Shizuku. 😆 I was thinking of opening the other purple space that is sleeping 🙇 today.

It's almost the middle of September and it was hot again today 😰. After taking a bath, I decided to have a glass of highball... A glass of chilled Kenkunichi with a side dish of red fish marinated in sake lees 😄🍶. I picked up this rare label of Kenkunichi, which I have never seen before. It has a firm, umami taste of rice and a nice crispness while still being moist. It is a good sake that is more dry, but you can feel the careful work that has gone into polishing it up nicely 🙇. It was a good bottle of sake that conveyed the Kenkunichi character 😊. It was extremely delicious 👍👍👍👍

I can see why the owner recommends it 😄. The way it aged is amazing 🤔. I'm a white person, but I'm not sure if this is really from a year and a half ago 🝢. I'm a white person, but I'm wondering if this is really from a year and a half ago 🤨. There is no unpleasant aging aroma, rather, it smells of honey and fruit, which reminds me of a noble wine. When you drink it, it also has a perfect balance of sweet and sour 👍. Today's dishes are pork with ginger, edamame, and mackerel in miso sauce. Each of them was extremely good with each other 😆😆😆😆😆.

Origin. As a resident of Miyagi prefecture, sake brewed with Sasanishiki, Kawaguchi natto but no natto aroma at all. 😄 Alcohol 17 degrees Sake degree +5 Acidity 2.0 It's a bit dry for my palate (depends on the food). Today's food was fried moya shi, burdock, edamame, okra, and so on. ..... Okra goes well with it. No, this sake is not sticky at all! The word "natto" and the okra's stickiness I'm not sure if it's the combination of the word "natto" and the stickiness of okra that drove my brain crazy. 🤔. I ate a lot of sasanishiki when I was a kid, so of course this sake was perfect 👍 Today, we went to various liquor stores. It's an expedition with my family of 4 driving around. Â Today, we visited three liquor stores, including the one we visited yesterday. Each store was unique, and we went to three different stores and thought "Oh, this store has this, this store has this, this store has this..." We ended up buying 10 bottles even though this month has only just started 😂. Well, I bought too many 😅.
