I immediately opened the bottle 🙏 because it's my birthday eve.

The dry sake 🍶I love sweet and fruity sake, but this one is sweet too 😆😆😆It was served with steamed Tsubu (a kind of whelk). I guess dry sake goes well with seafood 🤔.
The color is a little yellowish and it has a nuance like an old sake that has aged a bit👍.
It was a drink that showed me the depth of sake 🥰🥰🥰.
