Well, Wakanami day (July 3) has passed far away, but we will open a bottle of this one. Wakanami is really good! It has a modern taste, yet it is clean and crisp. It goes down like a wave. Today, we had both grilled and sashimi of Akinatai fish. We had it both ways. This year's swordfish is very tasty. I love it 🤗. The seasonal fish and sake. It was the best 😆. Tonight, I'm going to have a drink with my dad again 🍶. I'm going to work hard tomorrow to have a drink with my dad when I get home after work 🙇.

Well, well, well, today is my mother's 82nd birthday, and the only way to celebrate is with Nabeshima Sake, the classic Nabeshima. This quality at a price point that's good for everyday drinking✨. I wish we had more Nabesama around 🤣. I can't say I'm greedy. I am thankful to have encountered it 🙇. I can feel a little bit of alcohol, but it's more about the deliciousness of the rice, and it's a little bit more quirky than other Nabesama, but it's still very easy to drink 😋🍶. Tonight we celebrated my mother's birthday and enjoyed the conversation with my parents' memories of their youth 😁.

Well, well, well, I finally got the white koji brewed hijirizumu. Last year it was Watarifune, and this time I decided to go for the white koji-brewed activated sake that was recommended by some of the senior members of Sake-no-wa last year. It's like a sparkling wine, delicious 😋. It's low in alcohol, so it's very easy to drink. From the aroma like muscat and pear, to the moderate acidity and shuwashu✨. Ahhh, it's soothing. It soaks into my tired body👍. Hmm? What is this, sake? Dad, what's this? Hmm? It's sake, I said. Oh, so this is sake, too. I thought to myself, "This is really good! I said, "Oh, yeah, there's more sake! I said, "There's still a lot of great sake. I said I realized how delicious and meaningful it is to share sake with my father. I enjoyed the sake again today with my dad's stories of the past 😊✨.

The lack of impurities in the pure and large size sake. And the light, clean, clear taste ✨. Today, we paired it with roasted pork at my father's request 🤩. The fat from the pork just flowed right off the meat. Delicious...energy for tomorrow 💪. Tonight, my father and I had a drink together again 🍶. I like sweet fruity wine. I wonder what kind of sake my dad likes, I hope I can try many more and discover what kind of sake I like 😁. Is it pretty broad? I've been trying a lot of things lately. Is it really delicious or is he just saying it with reserve? I'm happy as long as it's fun to drink 😁✨👍 It's a great sake from Niigata, the rice capital of the world 👍

It is not a rice flavor, but a Japanese sake flavor. I thought it was a new type of sake that is similar to sake, but not as good as rice sake. If you like flowers and plants, this might be for you 🤔. I think it is better alone than with food 🤔. The rest of the time, I think the price is a bit out of line. I think it costs a lot of money. I have a strong image of rice and agave as a brewery that makes sake with an unusual combination. I would like to continue to acquire various items that catch my eye. Today, too, I had the pleasure of having a cup of sake with my father. I hope my aging parents stay healthy for as long as possible.

Well, well, well... Today is the anniversary of the death of my dear one🙏🙏. I mean, she is my aunt.... She is my father's sister, and it has been 26 years since she passed away. I was still in my early twenties at that time, before I met my wife. My father and I had this cake while talking about the memories of my aunt. It reminds me of many things. She was a very strict aunt, so when I was young, I was more hurt than touched🤣I'm older now, and the situation I'm in now makes it all the more poignant. I wish she had taught me more 🤔. Of course, the taste is absolutely delicious! It's been a while since I've had a Hachitan-Nishiki hi-ire, but I'm still certain of its deliciousness. I am grateful to my wife for getting it for me, because I can drink it at home. I would also like to thank my daughter who went shopping with me. Oh, and to my son who stayed at home. Well, well, well... let's open a bottle of this most delicious beer made with Kameizumi's CEL-24 yeast. First, let's start with the aroma...it has a nice fruity aroma! The first sip, and the pineapple flavor is still there.... The acidity and umami are in perfect balance, so the sake is not too sweet and mild despite the sake's high alcohol content. I like sake brewed with CEL-24 yeast. This one was also extremely umatt🐎👍👍👍👍!

Well, well, well, well... long time no see, Mr. Chrysanthemum 🥂. It's been a while 😅. But, this is your first time at Hoshikai. I finally got it... It's made from 100% Hokkaido comet and has a gorgeous and sexy aroma like tropical fruits and berries...that's what the back label says, right? I guess so 😁. It is one of my top 3 Kangiku 🤔. It's a summer sake, so it's refreshing and makes the cup go further. It is delicious. It's a good sake and tastes good too. ⚠️ If you are a fan of sweet fruity wine, you should definitely pick up a bottle of this 👋. Of course, it was a very good 🐎👍👍👍👍! I'm sure there are a lot of people who commented that they got swamped by Kangiku, but my first Kangiku was Monochrome, and then I started to follow Kangiku with Denshikiku.... I can't get out of the swamp, the chrysanthemum swamp ✨I have no intention of getting out of it lol.

Good evening, Mr. Swississan! Hoshikai-san is also a complete 🎵. Hoshikai-san was my first Kangiku, and as you can see from the review, it is sweet and easy to drink, and I became a fan of Kangiku at once 😋. They really make great sake, don't they?

Well, well, well...is this a new product from Tasake? I had never seen it before, so I picked it up. There was no doubt. This is delicious! The aroma is subdued, but once you take a sip, you can taste the fruity flavor 😋 I love it: ❤️ I think it's partly because I haven't had Tasake in a while, but it tastes so good! I noticed it was gone 😅. It's good to be able to enjoy different kinds of the same brand 🍶.

Well, well, well, we got ⁉️ successfully this year 🤔. Beware of spills⚠️ Just like the tag says, it was just a little bit open and then came a swoosh. ‼️ I had to retighten it immediately, wait for it to settle down, and repeat the process to open the bottle 😅. Well, I'm full of energy 😁. It stays so healthy even after you pour it into the cup, and when you put it in your mouth, it pops and the sourness goes away ✨. It's a refreshing first sip on a hot day 😆.

Well, well, well, well... Nabe-sama, the stablemate 🥰. I missed out on this Nabe-sama Aizan label last year, so I was hoping to get it this year👍. I got it successfully 👌. From the aroma, you can feel the gorgeousness ✨. The first sip is softly sweet, followed by the sensation of a sharp taste in the throat: ☺️ I was drinking it little by little when I realized that it was 15 degrees Celsius 🍶. I knew Nabe-sama was good 😋. I'm looking forward to next year 👋!

Well, well, well, I wanted to drink some Fukushima sake 😊✨✨✨✨ and here it is! How good is a nice chilled sake 😋! I've been working hard today in the heat, so I'm going to reward myself by opening a bottle of Sharaku's good stuff 😁. I knew it, every Sharaku is delicious 🤤! It's sweet and fruity, but not too sweet. It's a very good drink 👍👍👍👍!

And it's really good at Collage: ⤴️ I'm not a fan of the "hot" season, but I'm a fan of the "cold" season!
