I've already opened all of the Nagano sake that has been stored for a long time, so now I'm going to open the pre-brewed sake that has been stored for a long time without being opened 🤣.
First up is Jikin's Special Junmai Nama 😀.
Jikin has a good balance, but this special junmai nama is the one that sticks out to me the most😇.
Today's sake comparison is Shinshu Kamerei and Tsukiyoshino, both of which were opened earlier, but since they are all delicious sake, we chose Japanese food such as sushi, bamboo shoots and eel liver so that the food would not interfere with the sake 🤣.
All the sakes are definitely delicious 😀.
We were able to compare the best of the three sakes: the well-balanced Jikkimasama, which I never get tired of drinking, the 🐢sama, which has great flavor and sharpness, and the Tsukiyoshino, which matches its gorgeousness and gentleness 😇.
