While yesterday's new Koei Kiku, today's is the Snow ⭐️ Crescent that we've had many times, but it's a little different 🤣.
Actually, this one was made in May 2023 and aged for more than 2 years below freezing by a liquor store in Kochira before being sold😇.
It has the mellowness of any Koeikiku sake I know 😀.
It's less like Koueikiku, but it's still a mellow and delicious sake 😀.
I guess it depends on your taste, but it was delicious to see a different expression of Koei-Kiku 😇.

Aged sake is also very matured and has its own peculiar taste when it is more than 4 years old, but if it is less than 2 years old, it is easy to drink because it keeps its basic taste and becomes mellow 😇.
