At home. First time in Saitama. I couldn't find Saitama easily, so I searched by the name of the prefecture and finally found it. The aroma is grainy and nutty. The mouthfeel is smooth and fresh, and it has a sweet taste of grain. The sourness and bitterness were not so strong. From the label, I thought it would be heavy, but it was easy to drink.

Tasting at Kamoizumi. There was no one else there, so I was able to take my time tasting. This sake is 100% Yamadanishiki. It had a familiar flavor and was delicious. I guess it was because most of the sake we tasted were from the Hiroshima Hachitan series.

[Fill in the Map Series No.6] Hiroshima Kamoizumi Shuzo [Kamoizumi Junmai Ginjo Shuizumi Honjikomi] ✨. Is the "." in "sake" in the center of the label a logo? Is it a brand name? I'm not sure how to read it lol. It's a Junmai Ginjo, but the aroma has a grainy feel to it. When poured, it's a bit of a yamabuki color, with a hint of old sake in the beginning, but as it progresses, it develops a nice richness and flavor✨.

It's white and looks like ❄️⛄️. Sweet and mellow I was expecting it to be thicker, but it's pretty easy to drink 😊. I read the label on the back and it looks like it would be great with soda! I should have tried it! I realized today that I should have tried it. All the drinks in this set are new to me. I was also surprised that the bananas had a higher alcohol content! ฅ(⊙д⊙๑)ฅ

It doesn't say, but the product name is Kokoromi. 295 bottles of this sake are limited, and from the name, I wonder if it is a test brew type sake. The concept of the Kokoromi saké has been around since last year, and it is said to be "unpolished luxury. This year's theme is "Shitakoya. It is a low-polished, low-alcohol sake. Shirataka, founded in 1862, is especially famous as the official sake of Ise Jingu Shrine. (of course, I had never heard of it before 😅), which is especially famous as a sacred sake for Ise Jingu Shrine. We were very satisfied with the all-you-can-eat crab, sushi, sashimi, etc. We were very satisfied. The place is Kobe Minato Onsen lotus. Yesterday was the first youth baseball coaches meeting in two weeks. A big senior coach bought us some sake from Tokushima, so we had it 🙇️. My first Tokushima sake ️️! It's a dry taste, but you can feel the sweetness too👍. It's well balanced and perfect for a midday drink😍. My senior coach lives in Shikoku for work now and can't come back every week but I asked him to bring me some good sake from Shikoku🤣.

The second bottle of Hohsui Shuzo purchased at the Hankyu Brewer's Festival was a hiyaoroshi 🐰✨ with a 60% polishing ratio of Bizen Omachi rice. It has a mellow mouthfeel and a full flavor that is typical of Omachi rice, and is delicious!
