What do we see ahead? The preliminary knowledge is profound.
Jacket value ... 9/10
The color scheme of the jacket ◎The appearance that combines the royal road and the high road, and the "Nama-Shu" seal for peace of mind 🤩.
Ki ... 13/20
The transparency is 100≦, but the color is a bit yellowish, the smell is not clear, and you can't imagine what it contains...
Sei... 19/20
The acidity and sweetness on the tip of the tongue are at their peak, and the slight stagnation is felt. It's worth a drink.
Turning... 18/20
The sweetness on the surface becomes blurred, but the floral notes are still alive, and the acidity expands nicely.
Yui ... 15/20
The sublimation smell is actually sweet koji, which is a sophisticated technique of letting the taste focus on the flavor and then giving it a lingering aroma.
COSPA ... 7/10
Purchased for 2,178 yen. Don't tell me it's limited!
The taste is heavy on the nose, but it is interesting because the flavor changes in various ways.

Light at first, then sweet and delicious, then burning and heaviness, then so far so good, but there was something not quite like a raw sake....
The sublimation smell is quite nice, but the initial speed is not sharp and banana smell, so be careful if you don't like it.
I have seen TAMAZAKURA at a roadside station when I go touring in Shimane Prefecture, but I guess this is the first time I have seen it,
I bought it at a local liquor store, not when I was touring,
It was chilled so it was easy to open the bottle.
I tasted it straight and with soda.
In my opinion, the straight version was the best for me.
It was very easy to drink,
Today's beer was Sapporo's Gold Star.
It was an assari beer.
I think I prefer a dry beer to a bitter or hoppy beer!
It was a delicious beer for me.
The moment it enters the mouth, the acidity and the umami of the rice spread at once, leaving a pleasant aftertaste at the end.
It leaves a lingering aftertaste that makes you want to drink it again.
It is suitable for room temperature to warmed sake!
March staggered postings.
At chuin one day.
Sake (1) 🍶 when we visited to greet the end of the fiscal year.
It is a snow white with a dark nigori and fine tailings.
When poured, there is a feeling of a film on the surface.
The aroma is like a refreshing amazake with a touch of alcoholic refreshment.
Rice aroma of rice cake.
The taste is mellow and mild, with a light gas feeling, not too sweet, yet sweet, with an intoxicating balance. ☺️
The fresh gasiness and acidity release is also pleasantly intoxicating.
While there is a rather heavy alcohol attack, it is enveloped by a soft, bitter aftertaste.
This is my favorite type of wine.
As a side note, chuin is currently open on irregular days and has shortened hours, so if you are planning to visit, please be careful!

Hi Aladdin 🐦.
I'm going to drink it just because of the name with mellow 😁I love it, pure white, fine and not too sweet, even if I don't drink it 😆 I'd love to meet you ✨.
Good morning, Pon 😃.
Mellow, fascinating texture, isn't it ☺️
The prodigal texture that doesn't betray its name and the sweet taste of the schwartz! I think it's your favorite type 😊.
It was also intoxicating not only sweet 🍶I hope you drink it!
It is 21BY. We had this 15 year old Tama Sakura hot sake. There were no corners, and everything was round. The aroma of maturity was quite strong. The lactic acidity is also round, but has a contour. It is delicious.
Slightly grayish-white color. Ori is visible drifting in the air. Sweet aroma reminiscent of watermelon and melon. The aroma is weak. The mouthfeel is fresh, mild, and sweet. Surprisingly, there is no sense of fizz. Mild acidity and moderate astringency. The mouthfeel is so smooth and smooth that you can't help but drink more and more. It has a sharp and short aftertaste. Sake that is both refreshing and fragrant.
Hiyade. Mellow and full. It is matured and has lactic acidity, but it is not so strong. The rice flavor is present, but not as strong as it should be, and it goes well. It would be better to warm it up.
The Tamasakura Sake Brewery is located in Shimane Prefecture. The brewery mainly produces sake that can be easily warmed up, such as junmai-shu and nama-moto junmai-shu, which are suitable for heating sake.
The rice used for the Nama Moto Junmai series is Yamada Nishiki.
The characteristics of the raw material rice, Yamadanishiki, are evident in the well-balanced and rounded taste. Standard type of Nama Moto
