It's quite an austere label, my first time at the brewery 🍶The aroma is mild, light, and balanced slightly dry type without any habits, just right for an evening drink ☺️.

(🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶+ Sake cups purchased on my trip #4 This is my first time with Kenrishi ✨. The aroma is full of umami 🤔. On the palate, it has a caramel-like aroma, sweetness and depth of flavor, yet it's clean, crisp and easy to drink 🥰It's a delicious sake 🥳.

This time we changed things up a bit and bought a bottle of Kuromatsu Kenrishi❣️, which we fell in love with at first sight because of the shape of the bottle and the coolness of the label. I had it lukewarm with my homemade oden🍢🙏. It's also good that you can heat up the whole bottle in a ding-dong! It has a bit of an alcoholic aroma, but I don't mind it too much. It's just as spicy and easy to drink 😮❗️ It's like an evolution of the classic type of sake? and I enjoyed it with food 😚. The bottle is stylish and I'd like to keep a bottle in stock for when I want a little heated sake 👍 Thanks for the food!

Challenge ( -̀ -́ )୨⚑︎゛ I like 300ml because it is easy to challenge 🎶. A little bit alcoholic. But it's very clear. I think it's a sweet and tasty food wine 🤔. Sweetness 🆙 on the 2nd day of opening the bottle. I praise myself for trying to drink 300ml over 2 days☆Elated

I posted offline and forgot to put this 💦. First time for both Ippongi and Denshin. I thought I could buy them anytime and I avoided them because of their dry image😅. The top aroma is like pineapple and tropical fruits. The initial aroma is like pineapple or tropical fruits. The second half is quite spicy though it has fruity and soft sweetness. I wonder if the softness is due to the fact that it is bagged.

It's Sunday in the middle of Golden Week and unfortunately I have to go to work tomorrow... So I opened a bottle of sake made with up to 70% polished Aizan rice from Hyogo Prefecture 🍶. You can feel the taste of Aizan 😆. Nice taste 🤗 Now let's start working hard as usual tomorrow!

This is also a Sota's Hump Society exclusive🍶. Nice to meet you also Kita no Hana. The aroma is sweet with a hint of richness. In the mouth, it has a rich, dark, sweet flavor that is typical of nama sake, and then it finishes with a slight astringent taste. The richness and astringency of Yamadanishiki was delicious✨.

First brand name Kita no Hana. It is a backroom deal with a sake teacher. Even if I say it is a backroom deal, he will sell me any rare sake at the same price I bought it from the liquor store, and even if I tell him I will take care of the transportation costs, he stubbornly refuses to accept it. I told them that if I sold them at a higher price, the liquor store would take me on as a reseller, and after that, they would never sell me rare sake. The fact that you can normally drink Jyushiyo at home is based on the mutual trust between the seller and the buyer. Kita no Hana, the label is very attractive. I don't detect much of the Kamitatekoso, but there is a round, unfamiliar aroma in the back of the bottle. The mouthfeel is moist, calm, and elegant with sweetness and soft umami, and the rounded aroma in the aftertaste is fruity. The acidity and bitterness are both moderate, and it has a mysterious sharpness that just flutters and closes. It is really a round, gentle and mysterious sake, and this must be one of its balances. Thank you very much for the sake!

At home. First time in Saitama. I couldn't find Saitama easily, so I searched by the name of the prefecture and finally found it. The aroma is grainy and nutty. The mouthfeel is smooth and fresh, and it has a sweet taste of grain. The sourness and bitterness were not so strong. From the label, I thought it would be heavy, but it was easy to drink.

This is one of the bottles that was sold in a set with Tobiroki at Hasegawa sake shop, it was made in October 2020, so I guess they used Tobiroki to clear this stock 😅. I'm not a big fan of the Satsuma Masamune, but I'm not a big fan of the Tobiroki either. I was a bit worried because it's a raw stored sake, almost a year after production, but there were no quality issues 😄. Rather, I didn't feel the peculiarity that I felt when I drank Junmai Ginjo before, and it tastes better than that time 🌟. It has a slight sweetness, a strong alcohol feeling and a spiciness that comes down the throat, not very distinctive but enough for everyday drinking. Cold sake is the best 😚

A brewery that specializes in aged sake serves sake made for aged sake as undiluted sake. It's been about two years since it was made, so maybe it's been sleeping in the shop? It doesn't have a nigori feeling at all. It has a certain aged feeling, but it's clearly different from the old one. It's not fruity, but it's sweet. It is not fruity but sweet. The sourness is strong and it is like a thick honey. It is sweet, but some people may feel the alcohol in the latter half is pungent.

The Year of the Rabbit will soon be over, so I decided to open the bottle. Time flies............................................. When the bottle is opened and poured, the aroma is full of bitterness like chocolate. The mouthfeel is surprisingly mellow and rough, and the taste is very chocolaty. The balance between sweet and astringent umami and mildness makes it seem that way, and it is a delicious taste that can only be described as chocolate ✨. It has a unique old sake taste, but I think it is one of the easiest to drink! And the aftertaste is also choco choco choco... 🍫. It was the first time for me to buy and drink it properly, but I guess it is delicious because it is from an old sake brewery! If I see it again, I'll buy it 😌.

Although it's not stated on the label, the rice polishing ratio is 65%, the sake level is -13, and the rice is Hatsushimo. It is very sour. It is very sour, and has a strong personality even among sake made with white koji. This sourness is like Niwa-shu or Bodai-gan. I heard that there was a limited edition of this sake, but I'm curious.

Okayama Prefecture. Niimi City. Sanko Masamune Co. Sanko Tenpyo Yamahai Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu Omachi Michihiro Yamauchi's sake was also hard to get my hands on because of the gutsy, robust image of his sake, following in the footsteps of Katsumasa Takagaki, the toji of the company. We had it cold. The color is a little yellowish. The aroma is sweet, with a lactic acid-like fermentation aroma of Yamahai. The mouthfeel is smooth, smooth, and heavy. The taste is mild at first, but then the juicy lactic acid acidity is strongly felt, with a burnt caramel-like flavor and a heavy grain-like flavor. The aroma on the nose is softly apricot. The flavor is carried through to the aftertaste, and the end result is a very strong and strong alcohol taste. It seems to be good warmed up, so it's time for a visit to Nonbei Yokocho. It was warmed up to human body temperature or lukewarm at first, with a very mild and mellow acidity. The chocolatey taste was gradually revealed, and the umami was mellow and easy to drink without too much alchohol. The mild sourness of the sake warmed up, it became dry and crispy on the tongue. I really like it warmed to human skin or lukewarm. Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic) Polishing ratio: 65 Alcohol content: 18%.
