My wife's Izumo souvenirs, the last one a true hit? Tamasakura!
I looked at the label!
Well, it's not good... "Nama Hakashiro" & "Sake Degree +10"!
Is this the beginning of my hardship?
It's a little bit of oriki, but it doesn't spout (oriki is a little bit and a little bit).
Sweet lactic acid smell (but +10!)
Oh? It is easy to drink...not spicy. ⁉️
No strong claim of sake yeast!
And the sake meter? This number is spicy, isn't it?
It's just right for something dry (like surume)!
It is different from the heavy and spicy sake I drank in the past,
I think it's a great bottle! I think it is!
Once again, I was impressed by the depth of nostalgia of sake
I was impressed again by the depth of the nostalgia of Sake.
thanks Hitoshizuku of local sake and tableware (Izumo:Tamatsukuri Onsen)
Jay & Novi, thanks for your help.
We really appreciate it.
We are looking forward to seeing where you will be traveling to next.
{I'll have to stock up for the new year, right?]
Unlike the cute bear 🐻 picture, the taste is very strong 🤭.
I warmed it up for a minute to heat it up and the aroma became even more intense 😳The color of the sake is also yellowish 🟡 and darker 🙄.
I had been curious about this sake at Danchu!
Corking a bottle of sake!
It was a bit drier than I had imagined.
It had a slight alcohol taste, but it was more enjoyable than a rich, matured sake, and I was able to drink it in a leisurely manner.
This is what I like about heated sake.
Izumo - Shimanami - Takamatsu④.
The second drink at Izakaya: Tamasakura Junmai Gohyakumangoku
It looks a little yellow.
But not too strong? It's refreshing and you can taste the rice flavor.
The feeling on the tongue
Not sweet or sour?
It is recommended to be heated, but it can be served cold 🍶.
The third one is Inasahama
