It's been a while since I've had a hot 🌟 drink comparison.
I pulled it for about a month after opening the bottle and enjoyed the change in flavor!
The black sake that I checked in before...the aroma is like sugar cane or brown sugar 🌾The aftertaste is fragrant and wonderful ☺️
This pink Yamahai is a lighter version of the black mohashi 🌈.
I served it with salted squid with cream cheese 🧀!
The color is darker than the last mohashiroshi...
Personally, I enjoyed the Kuroshio yeast after the bottle was opened ✨
It is an amber color because it is an aged sake 🌟The warmer it is, the sweeter and more umami it becomes, like a chestnut...but it still has a dry taste...Sake is interesting! I think it is deep and full of umami sweetness when heated. I love modern sweet sake, but I thought the sake that tastes good heated up is also too deep 🐟.
