Hakuba Nishiki, a Chateraise limited edition. I heard it was spicy, but it was more fruity than I expected. Slightly sweet with a short aftertaste. Hmmm, the sake they bring to the department store was spicier, but the taste itself might be better... I thought I would have preferred Hitogokochi, but they didn't sell it in the store, and it said on their website that it was mail order only... Personally, I'm quite disappointed that Le Lac is no longer sold... I tasted some Hakuba Nishiki at a department store the other day, but it was not worth the price 🤔.

Good evening, bouken! I still have some Hitogokochi left in my hometown, but I have a hard time buying it because it's always kept at room temperature under the lights 😅.

Good evening, Mr. Gyve. I was a little worried because I also bought the one made in March in August, but it tasted great 😋. I'm a little jealous that they sell Hitogokochi, but I'm worried 😅.

A bottle that had been lying dormant at a friend's house for a long time was opened because it was a waste. It has a strong sense of maturity, and although we usually refrain from rating it, it has a Shaoxing-like atmosphere when paired with Chinese food. The mellow richness and aroma derived from the aging process was a perfect match for the food, and we enjoyed it. The container is cute. (*No preference score)

It has an aromatic aroma and a rich, sweet taste, but it is dry and easy to drink. As you continue drinking, the dryness fades and the sweetness becomes stronger.

The same Omachi sake, but a different taste from Hokian Okuni Sake is a mystery, isn't it? Or maybe it's the effort of the producers. Thank you 😊 This sake has a slightly sour taste. This sourness gives it a refreshing aftertaste. But when you drink it, you can feel the sweetness of the sake. It is a delicious sake 🍶.

Staying at a budget mountain inn in Omachi today And... there is an evening festival of the Wakaichi Oji Festival in Omachi! We are super lucky! It was powerful to watch the big floats pass each other and play their musical accompaniment as they passed each other here and there! There were also 6 big floats, which seemed to show the prosperity of Omachi! This sake was made to be easy to drink outdoors! Perfect for today! It was a delicious sake with a sweet and sour aftertaste and a nice aroma even through its thin mouth while drinking.

Finally, I have 25 bottles in stock instead of 40 😁. Well, I still have 25 bottles, so I can choose as many as I want😅. Well, I hoarded some at the end of last year. The first pressing of Hakuba Nishiki, which I hoarded at the end of last year Last Oriagami 😆. It's much more shrizzy than the same one I opened at the end of last year. It's by far more shwashy than the same one I opened at the end of last year. It almost blew up! I thought it was an active nigori 😅. I thought it was a very active nigori 😅. Sweet and fruity with a nice bitterness at the end. I like the bitterness at the end👍 Delicious!!!! I'll buy it again this season!

Have you heard of YATSUDOKI? It seems to be a high-end version of Chateraise, but I happened to stop by and found some fresh sake! I got it anyway! It's relatively light, and you can drink it nice and smooth!
