This is another sake that was mentioned in this month's special issue of dancyu on sake that tastes good at "room temperature".
Niigata Prefecture has many breweries, and there are still a few that I have yet to try.
There are many breweries in Niigata that I have yet to try.
I'd like to try it at room temperature or lukewarm.
