Chiyonohana Shiboritate Special Junmai Sake. Aged in ice temperature for 6 months. Aroma: The aroma is high and pleasant, including iso with a milky graininess. The taste is thick and mellow on the tongue, with a strong sweetness and acidity that is characteristic of the Sugihara Sake Brewery at first, followed by a soft sweetness. In the latter half, there is a momentary seme and bitterness, and the bitterness of this bitterness is a taste that accompanies the sweetness of the meal. Long time no post! Took me a while to drink 2 squares 🤣. I bought it at my usual Marunaka Ohashi Shoten. I let it sleep in the refrigerator. The price was 1,396 yen (720ml) I'll be back soon! I love the fruity scent💕. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's worth it. It's a good sake that's easy to drink, but you can still taste the sweetness and flavor of the rice. It's a dangerous sake for someone like me who is weak in alcohol. Today's pairing is Daikon and Chicken Teriyaki. It's good as a single item, but it's also recommended as a sake for a meal. Hiyaoroshi is the best👍.
