Now, Tsukasa: ❗️ This is my first time to try Imadaiji. This is a very versatile sake. It has a dry taste that goes well with anything as a food sake, Plus it has a freshness to it ✨. I don't know of any classic sake, I don't know about the classic sake, but if I see it again, I'll buy it in a heartbeat 😋.

Summery as it looks I have the impression that it is refreshingly sweet. Accompaniments Meat, cod kimchi, salad It is good with all of them. I thought it would be good with sashimi as well. Thank you very much.

In honor of my first post ✨ 15%/ Polishing ratio 50%. 100% Gohyakumangoku / brewed with gold leaf / natural water from Echigo-Suganadake The mouthfeel was gorgeous, and the aftertaste was dry and refreshing, typical of Niigata sake.
