Now, Tsukasa: ❗️ This is my first time to try Imadaiji. This is a very versatile sake. It has a dry taste that goes well with anything as a food sake, Plus it has a freshness to it ✨. I don't know of any classic sake, I don't know about the classic sake, but if I see it again, I'll buy it in a heartbeat 😋.

This is Junmai Daiginjo made in wooden vats! To be honest, I couldn't feel such a clear difference. I guess my tongue got stupid after drinking it first. It just had a nice sharpness and lightness with a slightly stronger sweetness.

First time to visit this restaurant. Japanese Sake Bar KURA I was curious about the bottles in the refrigerator. It was dry and tasty! I like that it's not just dry. ⚪︎Tai sashimi recommended for the day with nihaizu and ume plum paste

7点（妻7.5点） 原材料名：米(新潟県産)、米麹(新潟県産米) ※新潟県産五百万石100%使用 精米歩合 ：65% アルコール分 ：15度 新潟の蔵元を訪ねた友人のお土産 開栓時無音 ガス感なし ほのかに青リンゴやアルコールの上立ち 上立ちと同じ控えめな香りの奥に微かな樽の香り、柔らかな米の旨みと控えめな甘さがひろがったと同時にほろ苦と少しのアルコールの辛さでスッとキレる まさに淡麗辛口といった感じで、単品よりは食事と合わせるほう得意に思う 幌加内の蕎麦に良くあった
