AKABU 2026HAPPY new year I chose this one for the first bottle of this year. It has a gorgeous aroma. The sweetness and acidity are well balanced and very beautiful. It was a different and luxurious taste from the shwashy, fresh taste of new sake!

TAKASHIMIZU Junmai Daiginjo-shu Akita Sake Komachi Homecoming Series 4 Limited edition sake from a brewery hanpukai called Wa no Sake Club It has a good balance of aroma and taste. It has acidity, but the reason why even classicists say it is delicious is because it has a sharpness without being sweet. We had a great sake!

Shinsei Ecru Homecoming Series 3 Mineral, woody aroma to taste, with a bit of gourdiness, less mineral and milder than usual. It was well-balanced and delicious! He missed Shinmasa after a long time. SENKOKU Modern sparkling Shuwa shuwa! Delightful - delicious. Stable taste. The price has gone up, but it is still 2,300 yen. I've had it a few times and my bar has been raised, so to be honest, I wasn't that impressed with the taste, but if you've never had it before, it's not too late to try Edo Gaehari. If you have never had it, it is not too late to try Edogaereri.

San-do 2024 Yamadanishiki Shichi-no-sho I bought it because it was the first Shichinonosai. The aroma was complex and sweet, perhaps because of the previous information that it was a noble sake. It is delicious! However, the sizzling sensation was restrained. The September rod of Ninonozo was also less sweet. Good points "Sweet and delicious, but not sticky. "It is light and easy to drink. OCEAN99 Hakuginoumi Nigori unfiltered unpasteurized sake Nice lactic and apple type aroma. Not to the point of automatic stirring, but schwaggy and delicious. Last year, I drank Ginkai and it was drier than I expected, but this one is sweet and tasty with 13% alcohol by volume, which is nice. I can open a bottle right away! It is 100% Gohyakumangoku produced in Chiba prefecture, which is nice!

Banshu Ikkyo Shippo Starch entangled raw I was super excited about this sake! We managed to secure the last bottle in the store. Nice aroma! Sweetness and moderate bitterness in the mouth. Good sharpness! No fizz because it hasn't been bottled long enough. I would like to enjoy the gaseous taste, but I couldn't help but open it just for the fun of it. I would like to buy it again next year.
