Sentori Retro Zero After Modern and Classic, we will have Retro, which we ended up buying. It has a gentle flavor with banana-like aroma, lactic acidity, and minerality. How can it be so soft and so delicious? I prefer the lightness of the 13 degree alcohol content these days. I can recommend it to people who don't drink much sake, but I wonder if there are not many stores that only have 4-pack bottles. I opened it by myself.

Kangiku ocean99 Ginkai Unfiltered Nama Sake The aroma is sweet with pineapple and ripe fruit. When you drink it, it has a complex flavor with juicy, umami and bitter tastes. I had imagined it to be refreshing, sweet, and delicious, but I was wrong.

Senkou Modern Edo Bari It has a fresh aroma! (How to describe this kind of aroma? (How can we describe this kind of aroma? Is it similar to that of eclou?) Tenbei Junmai Ginjo Fresh and delicious! Fruity, I was allowed to drink it for the first time, but it is very perfect! The second day was also delicious! Houou Mida Mikumari This price for a Daiginjo is already a bargain. The aroma is fruity, pear-like. Iwate Meikozo Okuroku Classical I was drinking it with my father-in-law, and we opened this one because he said the rice wine was too sweet. This one is also delicious! It tastes similar to Kaze no Mori Alpha 5. It is a kijoshu, but I felt the acidity and amino acidity were very close. The taste is complex and deep, but it has a nice sharpness, so I ended up drinking most of it cold. This is a bottle that can be enjoyed by those who like classical sake! Recommended!

Shinsei flax cat I opened a bottle of Shinsei and Flaxcat at home for the first time. It had a refreshing acidity and a little bit of sweetness. It takes about an hour one way from my house to buy it, but it is worth it!
