Junmai-shu Yamahai-brewed Koshiro-Nishiki
It was delicious (though I don't remember it) both when I drank it a year ago and this time.
It had a gorgeous aroma, a lingering sweetness, and a quick kick.
We enjoyed it with kiritanpo hot pot!

San-do 2024 Yamadanishiki Shichi-no-sho
I bought it because it was the first Shichinonosai.
The aroma was complex and sweet, perhaps because of the previous information that it was a noble sake. It is delicious!
However, the sizzling sensation was restrained. The September rod of Ninonozo was also less sweet.

This is a silver Wakanami.
It has a fruity aroma of white peaches and a juicy, robust flavor.
Recently, there have been a lot of new sake nigori and shuwashu type sake, so this is a modern but robust type of sake. It was delicious!

Nigori unfiltered unpasteurized sake
Nice lactic and apple type aroma.
Not to the point of automatic stirring, but schwaggy and delicious.
Last year, I drank Ginkai and it was drier than I expected, but this one is sweet and tasty with 13% alcohol by volume, which is nice.
I can open a bottle right away!
It is 100% Gohyakumangoku produced in Chiba prefecture, which is nice!

I got it as soon as I saw x at the brewery yesterday!
When I see the words "first shibori" and "nama-shu", I buy it.
It is fresh and has a nice aroma.
You can taste the rice flavor and the aftertaste is good.
It's not the carbonated piquant type, but it goes great with winter food!

The aroma is mild, but the complex flavor and aroma spreads on the palate and tightens up dry. Sparkling.
The carbonation remains on the second day and it's delicious!
I wonder if it is gassed, but the sparkling really matches the quality of the liquor, and if the cost is right, I would definitely add it to the regular lineup.
Souarashi was delicious, but that's to be expected!
