This is my first time to try Imadaiji.
This is a very versatile sake.
It has a dry taste that goes well with anything as a food sake,
Plus it has a freshness to it ✨.
I don't know of any classic sake,
I don't know about the classic sake, but if I see it again, I'll buy it in a heartbeat 😋.

If you go to Niigata, you can get there in 5-10 minutes by car from the station, and you can do a 30 minute tasting for 1,000 yen. Ane-san and I had a drink at this place 😁.
