Purchased at a local brewery, Takeuchi Sake Brewery in Ogaki. I tasted it and it goes well with delicious tsumami. It also goes well with sashimi! It also has a little color (a little brownish). It tastes best when freshly opened. Oh, it's so good!

The label says "tanshio" (tongue salt), and it is true that it has a strong taste, but it might go well with fatty foods. It's like a new discovery.
