よっしーCorked at my parents' house. Limited edition sake from the brewery.
It is quite expensive at 18 degrees. It is sweet and has the color and richness of an old sake.
It is a traditional Japanese sake with a delicious taste.
よっしーMiyakanbai over a year.
Miyagi-ken limited edition sake, bought in Miyagi prefecture last GW.
Daiginjo polished to 33%.
It is an elegant daiginjo with a "I'm a daiginjo" feel.
It is a very good sake for hospitality and souvenirs.
よっしーdrinking at a restaurant
It is a slightly effervescent and gorgeous daiginjo like Kaze no Mori, to use an analogy.
Mellow aroma like cheese. Awesome!

3KAN4ONGood evening, Yosshi-San😄
Kamizo is my own sake brewery of choice these days, so I'm glad to be introduced in this way: ☺️

よっしーThank you for your comment.
Kamizo, all of your sake are very good. I bought a bottle of nigori because it tastes better than ever, and I am looking forward to drinking it again!
よっしーOkazaki Sake. Chasing two hares.
It has a complex taste.
It is both sweet and spicy, modern and traditional, and I guess it is great that it has both rather than neither. But I guess I have my tastes.
よっしーA gift.
A sturdy daiginjo, which you would never guess from the flirtatious label.
It is an edgy, not flashy sake.
I discovered today that myoga goes perfectly with robust sake. On the other hand, cheese or something salty might be different.
Kaiware and this guy. It's just like that.

よっしーCompare with Miyakanbai's Daiginjo.
It is a very masculine sake that insists on "me, me, me. However, it also has a smart feeling as shown on the label, and is a sake with a lot of personality.
よっしーI happened to win the drawing for the reception and got it.
I drank it at room temperature right then and there. I thought it would be dry since it is called "Kirekuchi," but it was a delicious sake with a sweet mellow taste.
It was a very good day for me to win such a delicious sake.
よっしーNext is Junmai Daiginjo, aged in oak barrels.
The color is typical of barrel aging.
It smells like sake. It tastes like it is not sake.
It tastes like barrel-aged shochu. Smoked aroma.
よっしーDrink Haneya, a stable.
It smells good.
I drank it with a gulp, and it was delicious.
It's a gentle, good sake. It has the attitude of a daiginjo that says, "Leave it to me. It's good.

ma-ki-Good evening, Yosshi-San.
I have decided to try this sake for my first Toyama sake and have it in the fridge 🎵.
I've been curious about this sake since I saw it on Sake no Wawa, and now that I've seen your post, I'm looking forward to drinking it even more✨.
