Last sake I bought last year as a Kumamoto souvenir.
If I have a chance to visit Kumamoto again, I would like to visit Aso and Kikuchi area 😌.
When opened and poured, it has a sweet aroma like sugar and sugarcane.
The mouthfeel is crisp and immediately afterwards has the plumpness of rice plus the sweet and spicy taste of brewer's alcohol.
The flavor is stable from start to finish, with a delicious standard taste! The unadorned taste is a perfect accompaniment to a meal 👍.
I would like to visit 4 unexplored prefectures (Kochi, Miyazaki, Kagoshima, Okinawa), but there are many places I would like to revisit. 🗺️
