Speaking of comets, Ricaman is a liquor that I don't get a chance to drink very often because I don't go to Ricaman.
It has a mild top-fragrance aroma. It is gorgeous and refreshingly sweet on the palate. It is a versatile type of sake that can be enjoyed with food or on its own.
For better or worse, it is an excellent Daiginjo.
I think it tastes more open and sweeter on the second day than when it is freshly opened.
The design of the sake lid looks just like the one from a while ago😅.
