Just as the name suggests, this wine has a noble "princess" feel to it.
It has a gorgeous aroma that spreads in your mouth, a refreshing sweetness, and is easy to drink like a white wine. It has no peculiarities that make you want to drink more and more... dangerous (laugh).
It goes well not only with Japanese food, but also with light cheese and fruits.
It was light and had no cloying taste as Junmai Daiginjos should.
And the cosmetics are wonderfully good. How can a Junmai Daiginjo be so cost-effective?
Slightly sweet, like some kind of fruit. Refreshing, spring-like, and delicious. The pink bottle is cute. The shopkeeper recommended it to me, saying it would be perfect for cherry blossom viewing.
On Sunday, April 6, I went to Fushimi Sake Brewery to buy sake. I took a leisurely stroll toward the Jujikkoku-bune pier. As soon as I came to the bridge over the river, I saw magnificent cherry blossoms in full bloom in front of me. It was the first time I had ever seen such amazing cherry blossoms. A memory that will last a lifetime.
