Sake brewed at Suehiro Shuzo's Kaei warehouse. When I hear the name "Genzai," I think of the daiginjo that was entered in the sake competition. I hesitate to buy it because it is a bit expensive, but this special junmai sake (nama-shu, hi-iru) is reasonably priced and easy to pick up.
I am looking forward to the next year, when there will be more varieties of sake.
As for the sake, the aroma is like apples.
When I drank it, I smelled cemedine😅.
The sake is fresh and has a tangy, gaseous taste. The sweetness is moderate and the acidity is strong.
I thought maybe I don't like cemedine, but I drank more than half of it in no time and regretted it.
It is easy to drink.
The second day, the cemedine is also good. If this is the case, it's a special pure Cemedine.
