Can't really detect the aroma after opening the bottle 🤔.
When I drink it, I can feel the smooth mouthfeel😊Gentle umami of rice🌾😘The acidity and umami in the aftertaste are well balanced and soft 😚.
I felt it was the best sake for a meal 🥳.
