Slurp kaa - tongue tingling. Alcohol content 21 degrees! I bought it on the way home from overtime work. Kikusui Shuzo has been a customer of mine for the Kikusui Funaguchi Ichiban Shibori, which is available at convenience stores and supermarkets before I started using Sake No Wa. I remember that it was a pioneer of canned raw sake. Thanks to this technology, we now have more opportunities to offer unpasteurized sake to the world, and I think this is an immeasurable achievement in the sake world. I could go on and on, but according to the label, this sake is classified as a "liqueur". At any rate, I'll note in my memorandum that it was a sweet and dangerous drink.

Japanese Sake Fest @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`;) I see that the sake is from Nada. I recently found out that there is a small sake brewery in Nada and bought some Houmusume, which was outstandingly delicious! And this Hamafukutsuru! This is also wonderful! It has a beautiful breadth of flavor and just the right amount of body. The best part is the price: about 1,100 yen! I wish there was one in my neighborhood! When I go to Kobe for Onsen (hot springs), it is so close to the station that I might even stop by a sake brewery just for this!

It was hard to ask them to let me take a picture because they looked so busy, so no picture. The aroma is classic Japanese sake. When you drink it, it is quite refreshing and slightly sweet. I saw this one at a store I sometimes visit and have been curious about it for a long time. I tried Kanenaka, a sake made by Nakajimaya in Shunan City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. The label is very cool. The manager recommended this sake, and it won a prize at a competition in Paris, so I opened the bottle with high expectations. The first saké was cold and the first saké was, "Hmmm? It has a strong unique flavor... It's a bit peculiar because it's a sake brewed from a traditional sake brewery... It's not a good match for me... I think it would be better to warm it up 🤔. I opened it for 2 days and drank it.... It has some kind of sweetness, and it's indescribably rich and delicious 😳. This is what I mean when I say that the taste opens up. It's not for everyone by any means, but I thought it was a good sake with a sense of the creator's commitment. Thank you for the treat 🙏.

This is the second bottle of Kanenaka this season. I was so impressed with the last bottle that I couldn't resist repeating it. It is a wonderful sake that you don't need any other sake as long as you have this one. Unfortunately, it is a seasonal product, so you may not be able to enjoy it as long as you have this one. It is so good that you can't help but say "delicious" the moment you take a sip. I have the impression that it is a sake that shows its true value especially in autumn. Because of its strong alcohol content and dark flavor, it seems to go well with foods with a strong flavor, such as miso-flavored food. Not just salty foods, but foods that are rich in flavor. It is not that I don't have much to write about since this is my second bottle...it is just that it tastes so good that I drank it all before I could think of my impressions, as I tend to do. The brand itself is not very well known, nor is it a premium rare sake, but it seems to be very useful in restaurants. It seems to go well with the strong flavors of izakaya food. It is a sake that is as good with food as it is with food!

September 12, 2021 Dinner at home. I got this yazu from my friend yesterday. Today, I'm going to taste it as nigiri. The sake is Kawakame, a local sake from Hachimanohama. Kawakame. It is light and dry, and goes well with fish. 300ml is not enough for me, but But since I drank it two days in a row I'll leave it at that...(´ω・;)

The last bottle caught my eye and my attention, so I bought it! It's a blend of Junmai Ginjo and Junmai Daiginjo blame. Exciting just to hear about it😊. And it's reasonable! On the day of opening the bottle, it had a neutral impression. Rather than the Tainai-san type that washes down as a food sake. I thought it was the type to stay close to you. From the second day onwards, the flavors come together and the sharpness from the sweetness is noticeable. It was delicious even when drunk on its own.

This is one of the bottles that was sold in a set with Tobiroki at Hasegawa sake shop, it was made in October 2020, so I guess they used Tobiroki to clear this stock 😅. I'm not a big fan of the Satsuma Masamune, but I'm not a big fan of the Tobiroki either. I was a bit worried because it's a raw stored sake, almost a year after production, but there were no quality issues 😄. Rather, I didn't feel the peculiarity that I felt when I drank Junmai Ginjo before, and it tastes better than that time 🌟. It has a slight sweetness, a strong alcohol feeling and a spiciness that comes down the throat, not very distinctive but enough for everyday drinking. Cold sake is the best 😚

I did not expect much...but I experienced the power of Nagano sake🍶...aroma: a faint sweet aroma of rice, a clear sweet bitterness...the bitterness is just right and does not bother me...it is delicious😋...but it is also delicious😋 when drunk as is... ...but it really comes into its own as a food sake!
