I bought this when I stayed overnight in Hiroshima for training, attracted by the name.
Contrary to the name? It is normally easy to drink and tastes great.
I couldn't go out on the town, so I tried it alone in my room as an emperor.
Last is the emperor of the night.
I was struck by the great name.
I thought it was going to be a very strong sake, but it was surprisingly soft!
I guess being powerful is not enough to be an emperor, you have to be gentle 😎.
Gentle and strong, just as I like to say. 🙆♀️
The oyster pate was soooo good and I would love to go back 🍶 to eat and drink again!
Good evening, Rinako 😃.
Not the king of Minami or Ginza that makes you yell and scream 🤗he's a true king 😊The tsumami looks good too 😋I'd love to drink out at a restaurant like this one ☺️
Good evening, Rinako 🦉.
Yes, this sake is different from the image of the name 😆 It is rather refreshing to drink 😊 You need to be gentle👍.
The food looks delicious 😻
Pon, good morning 🌅The gap between the name and the image is numbing 🩷I've anthropomorphized the sake and am in love with it on my own lol 😆The food was all delicious 🌅.
I have always been curious about this local sake with its unique and Showa-esque name 😁 (apparently it was created in the 1950s).
It is made mainly from Hachitan-Nishiki, a rice suitable for sake brewing produced in Hiroshima Prefecture, and is said to feature a mild mouthfeel that makes the most of the characteristics of soft water brewing.
The gap between the impact of the name and the standard sake quality is interesting 😆.

While everyone around me was drinking wine, I was the only one here😅.
I had it in a wine glass to match the atmosphere 😁.
I'm used to drinking wine but the glass effect made it more fragrant, sweeter and fluffy which made me want to drink more 😆😆😆.
A group of friends and I had an explosive drinking contest at a Hiroshima teppanyaki restaurant!
I'm not sure how I feel about it because it's a little bit at a time.
It's getting more and more exciting and I'm not sure how I feel about it (lol).
It tastes like lime.
Surprisingly neutral in mouthfeel for the title.
The rice flavor is moderate and consistent.
A perfect food sake.
3/5 for my favorite level.
I received another brand from the same brewery and compared them!
The first one is "Yoru no Teio
Polishing ratio 60
Alcohol 15
Classic taste
Sweet and soft, acidic and refreshing
Still hard 🤔.
2nd to 3rd day, the balance of flavor and acidity improved and it became easier to drink!
Day 4, acidity became stronger 😳.
I wonder if it would be better if it was heated 🤔
I preferred the 2nd-3rd day: ❣️
Hi, Hanapin 🐦.
Yes 🤣I thought it would have a strong flavor from the name, but it was unexpectedly refreshing 😁.
I'm sure it will get even cooler in the mornings and evenings once the rain is over! It's really the season for heating up 😊.
Hi Pon 😀
I'm surprised that Pon-chan and the sake named "Yoru no Teio" don't match 🤣.
I've only ever had the Noto Kyodo Brewery Yoru no Teio, but it's a lot more refreshing than I thought it would be 😇.
Good evening, Pon!
I thought both Hiroshima sakes were heavy and tasted like "I'm the king of the night" 😅😅 but they're both refreshing and good with warmed sake 😙 "Hi, I'm the king of the night" 😄.
Good morning, Yasbaye 🐥.
I also imagined it to have a strong flavor 😆 Surprisingly, it's refreshing and tastes great while eating and perhaps even warmed up 😊.
I always get it from a friend of the brewer 😁.
Good morning, Jay & Nobby 🐥.
Yes, the region and the label fits perfectly 😆 I also imagined chivalrous movies or V cinema 🤣It has almost no sweetness, so maybe it fits in the "not sweet" aspect 😁.
Hi Red Rabbit 🐦.
I was wondering about this too, but somehow it was hard to take it to the cashier 😂 luckily I got it and was able to drink it👍It's refreshing beyond belief!
Special Junmai Sake
Rice polishing: 60
Alcohol: 15%.
At a tasting event🍶 at Tokyo University of Agriculture!
Tasting a brand that I had never encountered before, in an environment where I was grateful for the opportunity to hear the brewer's story!
I was told that it is blended, so it is a slightly aged/mellow sake.
