I ordered another sake with it, which I had never heard of before. It was a rare sake from Oita Prefecture. It was also sweet and tasty. It has a slight acidity in the aftertaste. I think I prefer this one.
Sanwa Shuzo's Karashima: Limited to Kyukunokura
This sake is made from Hinohikari rice produced in Oita Prefecture, polished to 65% flat rice. It has a good sweetness and umami flavor, and is refreshing on the palate. It is a promising sake.
