Ignore the people talking about work 😁😁. I'm going to have my favorite chargrilled Manganji peppercorns with a side dish. I'll have it with my favorite charbroiled Manganji peppers as a snack. Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 15%. Ingredient rice: Yamadanishiki, Tojo Tokushu A district, Hyogo Prefecture I wanted to try more Matsumoto shuzo, so I bought a bottle of Momo no titrip from Kyoto! The aroma is mild, sweet and sour, with a hint of yogurt and slightly prune-like. Like yesterday's Rokugen, I wonder if Fushimi's Junmai tends to be like this. The smooth brewing water gives the ogome a full-bodied richness and umami, with a pleasant melon-like sweetness. It has a sharpness that makes it very easy to drink. Thank you again for the sake tonight!

Hmm? Peach Drops Junmai Sake? Was there such a thing? So I bought it right away! Great taste for hot sake Of course I had it hot! Momo no titrip was renewed sequentially from April 2024, and the first junmai sake in the series was released in July.
