Kyoto#Kyoto#Kyoto w black / large / pine / bridge / shore / long Next is another sake from Matsumoto Shuzo, Fushimi, Kyoto 🍶. Not so sharp, but But it has a sharpness. Ignore the people talking about work 😁😁. I'm going to have my favorite chargrilled Manganji peppercorns with a side dish. I'll have it with my favorite charbroiled Manganji peppers as a snack. Peach Drops, which I used to drink a lot when I was younger. The black label Junmai Daiginjo was my first choice this year. The aroma was strong, and the subtle sweetness unique to Momo no titrip was refined by the Junmai Daiginjo.

@Osaka Next was Momo no titpik from Kyoto, just next door! I had never heard of this brand before, but it was made by the Matsumoto Sake Brewery. It was a different type of sake from Sawaya-Matsumoto, but it had a more robust rice flavor. The mouthfeel was slightly dry and not too heavy. It is perfect for a solid tasting snack.
