It has a very good balance between the robust flavor of 100% Omachi rice and the acidity that does not overpower it. You can enjoy the taste of koji rather than the aroma, making this sake easy to pair with meals. This is delicious.
I bought a cup of sake that looked good... it was tangy and spicy just like the label said, with a little sweetness coming in as well... but the umami (depth?) wasn't quite right. I bought a cup of sake that looked delicious!
Izakaya Kintetsu Express Vista Car 2️⃣
The second sake was Sakura Muromachi, which Kaorin also bought for me as a souvenir from her business trip to Okayama 😀.
I was expecting a fruity sake from the label and name, but when I drank it, it was very different 🤣.
It has a slightly peculiar taste and did not go well with Kakinoha Sushi, but the unique taste matched the raw chocolate cheese with orange puree😇.
Today we are on the second floor of the Kintetsu Limited Express Vista Car. It was too dark to see the beautiful scenery when we departed, but as dawn broke, we could see the beautiful scenery little by little😇.
Purchased at Aeon Liquor for drinking in the room. I was going to drink it slowly after taking a bath, but it was too much. It was dry in my opinion, and I finished it in reaction to the refreshing Bokchiri.
I looked for it on my way home, but I couldn't find it at Okayama station or the airport.

Taste & Aroma
The aroma is fruity with a hint of melon. The initial aroma is a little fruity like melon. In the mouth, it is light and mild, with little sweetness, but not too much. There is almost no bitterness, and the umami seems to be too assertive as it is generally calm. It also has a sourness after a while after opening, so it might be better if it is cooled down sufficiently.
Food Recommendations
This sake is a refreshing sake, and is best sipped quickly between dishes rather than savored carefully. It goes well with strong and fatty dishes. Fried chicken and ramen noodles are also recommended.

Taste
General Comments Got this as a catalog gift, but it seems to have been stored poorly. Changing the temperature did not help.
I bought a product at an exhibition of Okayama products at JR Ueno Station's ecute.
The label said "Umami Dry", so I assumed it would have a strong alcoholic flavor, but that was not the case. It is indeed dry, but the sweetness of the sake spreads well.
I think the name of the sake should be the same as it was written on the award certificate for the sake competition.
Mellow classic.
As the label says, it has a Sake meter value of +2, so it doesn't seem too spicy.
Slightly tasty, with a hint of acidity.
It is a local sake from Okayama, so it is made from 100% Bizen Omachi.
Bought locally when I went to Nichio in early spring to eat oyster mushrooms.
It is a small fire-brewed bottle, and it is very difficult to find a good one in a souvenir store.
Preference 50%.
Color Slightly yellow
Smell: I don't like the medicinal smell. The smell is stronger when it is cold.
Taste: Taste, acidity, and a bit of bitterness are good, but the smell is just too much to overcome them.
The smell becomes milder and easier to drink when the sake is heated up.
Overall: Not next time.
