Very refreshing! First taste is muscat with a hint of cucumber towards the finish. There is a slight dryness at the finish which is nice. A light mouth feel and a short finish. The name of this Sake is true to the flower.

The second drink was my first Oita sake at Sake-no-wa ~ ❤️ I thought I had heard of Sanwa Shuzui before, but it turns out that they are the brewery of Iichiko. First, a sip. The first cup of Jikin-sama was green apple, but this one had a slightly sweet flavor reminiscent of red apple. This is my first time drinking this sake, but anyway, it is easy to drink and the cup goes on and on. Delicious ❗️

I got the one that was on the altar. I'm not sure if it was originally this color. I am not sure if it was originally this color, but it has a yellowish tint to it. When I drank it, I thought it was easy to drink. It has a strong aftertaste. Rating:✭✩✩✩✩

Sake from Iichiko's brewery Flat polished rice from Ijimaya Hanpukai Slightly dark aroma with a mixture of acidity and umami. Red apple A little bit of thickening, mature to sweet, high acidity, strong umami, bitterness, and a bitter taste that leaves the nose. The umami bitterness lingers in the mouth for a little while. Tongue roughness is normal

Yatsutou🦋. The first bottle of Imameya hanpukai ✨ I've never heard of Iichiko's brewery making sake. The aroma is apple-like and fruity 🍎. The taste is soft sweetness and acidity. It is more suitable for sipping than sipping 😋.

2025.133rd. The first time I received Waka Botan. The first sake from Oita Prefecture. It is from Imadeya's hanpukai. I heard that they use Hinohikari rice, but the taste is not very floral, not assertive, and mild. It gives the impression of being a "food sake," a versatile sake that can be paired with all kinds of food. Personally, I like sake that can be drunk on its own, and I am glad to have found this sake brewery's sake in Imadeya's hanpukai. It is not often seen in Kansai, but if I have a chance to see it, I would like to pick it up. Thank you for the sake.

Fruity aroma, reminiscent of sweetly boiled apples. When you drink it, it has a milky, beautiful rice flavor and sweetness. The acidity is delicate and clear. It has a slight bitterness and a little depth. The finish is smooth and clear, Surprisingly light aftertaste. A beautiful sake that matches the image on the label. Delicious! 4/5 for my favorite!
