Sake received at the Sake World Summit. This sake is brewed with Ginbukiyo sake produced in Shiga Prefecture. The acidity and umami of the sake are well intertwined with each other. It was a delicious sake. It is perfect as an in-between-dinner drink. My wine-loving friend who accompanied me also accepted the taste of this sake made from the sake's "nama-hashiroshi" (sake brewed from the same yeast as the original yeast).

Purchased ๐ at Sazanami Sake Shop in front of the station during a day trip to Hikone. Beautiful, corner space and friendly staff. It was a nice store ๐. Since I was there, I chose Kazuhiro, a sake I had never had before from Shiga. It was full, slightly sweet, had a delicious rice flavor, and was very drinkable ๐. The last sake we had at Kyoto Stand Kiyo Kiyo was "Toyoyo Junmai Dry Musou" by Mukai Shuzo, also from the Tango region. The rough and powerful label may represent the fishing scene in this area. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the umami flavor and the aroma of rice is crisp and full. Even though it is called "Dry Musou", it has a hint of sweetness, which makes it a delicious cup. It has been a long time since I have had a good drink, and the best part of drinking outside by myself is that I can drink slowly while considering what to drink and what snacks to go with it, while keeping an eye on my pocketbook. 7/10 Mukai Sake Brewery is well-known for Ine Mangaka. The image of the brewery is that they have a variety of challenging sake. This one is a crisp sake made with 100% Awa Yamadanishiki.
