Saitama Pref. Iruma-gun. Asahara Sake Brewery Co. Biwa no Sasanami Junmai Namaisake. I went to buy the pre-sake I wanted, and since that was the only sake I was sorry to buy, I bought Saitama sake, which I rarely have a chance to drink. When I was trying to decide which one to buy, the owner laughed at me at the cash register, wondering why I was looking at the back label so much. I told him I don't like anything too spicy, and we chatted for a bit. I had it cold. When we poured it into the glass, there were quite fine microbubbles adhering to it. It is clear with a faint yellow tinge. The top aroma is slightly malty and slightly apple-like. The mouthfeel is juicy, full, and smooth. The palate has a slight sweetness from the rice on the tongue and a mild acidity that flows gently through the mouth. The juiciness is followed by a refreshing taste. It has a malted rice aroma that spreads when it passes through the nose. The aftertaste is a bitter and bitter taste with a slight spiciness that lingers for a short time. Kumamoto's local sake, Sanzanmura Slightly sweet ginjo aroma A light, sweet mouthfeel with a soft acidity. National Sake Fair 2025 Day 2 part75 Gunma 6 Mr. Takai in Fujioka City! I think they had closed their brewery for some reasons and were shipping out their stock, but I saw on SNS that they have started brewing again. I see that they have also released a draft sake. I drank a bottle of nama sake about 4 years ago when the warehouse was already closed, so it was a slightly matured one. Polishing ratio 55%, domestic rice, 15 degrees, Sake degree +2, Acidity 1.6, 1401 yeast? 1747 yen I thought it would be matured, so I was disappointed with its clean taste and no sense of maturity😅. I wonder if there are any liquor stores far from Takatsuki station or south of Kyoto station 🤔.

Origuchi Sake-ten suddenly started taking reservations for Wakabisu, so I went to make a reservation last week and received it today. The rice is Kami no Ho. I didn't feel any gas, but there were lots of bubbles in the glass. I was told it was a food type wine, but it was more fruity and pineapple-like than I expected. First Fushimi sake after debuting at Sake-no-wa! It's been a while since we went to Kyoto, so we decided to buy a bottle of Fushimi sake. The first time I took it out of the refrigerator, I had the impression that it was too alcoholic to be good for me😑. However, as the temperature gets closer to room temperature, the sweetness increases and it's nice 😳 It's mellow and easy to drink like Fushimi sake. It's delicious! First time drinking this brand, we had it with my family 😁.
