Soba drinking in Fushimi while it was still hot outside!
I asked for help at the restaurant, which was thriving with inbound customers, and was directed to the quiet second floor.
We were lucky enough to be told that cold sake was available. We had the luxury of enjoying Fushimi sake wholesaled in summer with kipper, mackerel sushi, and grated buckwheat noodles in the extremely hot weather of Fushimi. The cool sake is refreshing with its crisp and spicy taste. Let's do our best from tomorrow.

At 21:00 hrs, my coworker and I went to a restaurant we wanted to go in 😆.
It was so male dominated that you would think it was a women's only restaurant,
It was so full of men and elderly people 😳😳.
Mostly beef tendon and beef tail stew!

I ordered a cold one and this is what came out!

I only knew the name in katakana, but I was told by a sales representative of the company that kinshi means "kinnotobi" and that the kanji was difficult to use, so the name was changed to katakana.
Incidentally, this sake name was written by a calligrapher friend of mine.

Kinshi Masamune is a brewery in Fushimi Ward, Kyoto.
The rice is polished to 55% "Shuku" grown in Kyoto.
Aged at -2℃.
Gorgeous aroma, gentle rice flavor, well-balanced rich mouthfeel, and gentle aftertaste.

Masamune hunters go today🍶.
I stopped by Depa Basement in Shinjuku and they were selling Masamune at an event 😳.
Very lucky Masamune ✌️.
But since it was the last day of the event, only 2000yen Masamune and 6000yen Masamune were left 🤣.
I wanted something in between 😭.
Well, I'll forgive you for the 2000yen Masamune 😄
It's sake 🍶.
You can feel a slight alcohol at first, but it disappears after about the third sip 🫥.
It has a thin, clear sweetness that is clean and free of any cloying flavors 😙.
The finish has a sense of water gentleness and transparency, as is typical of Fushimi sake 💧.
I felt that the brewers are working hard to improve the quality of their sake every day.
