I've known the name for a while, but this is my first time drinking it. The rice is 100% Shukumei. It's fruity at first, but at the end, it hits you hard. It was easier to drink Gohyakumangoku, a special junmai, but I thought it had a common taste and passed it up. This one has more character. It is fruity and dry.

First Fushimi sake after debuting at Sake-no-wa!
It's been a while since we went to Kyoto, so we decided to buy a bottle of Fushimi sake.
The first time I took it out of the refrigerator, I had the impression that it was too alcoholic to be good for me😑.
However, as the temperature gets closer to room temperature, the sweetness increases and it's nice 😳 It's mellow and easy to drink like Fushimi sake. It's delicious!
This is a sake that should not be chilled, but lukewarm heating might be good too🤔.
I'm so glad I bought it in the end ☺️.

A triathlete friend of mine was at Daimaru in Kyoto and bought it on the recommendation of the clerk.

On that day, a person from Kinshi Masamune in Kyoto was there to make a recommendation.

I had no prior knowledge of Kinshi Masamune, but I thought this was a good chance. So I bought it.
I guess it is more of a dry wine.
It is not too sweet and not too sour, so it is refreshing, but it has a taste.
I guess it's the sweetness of the rice, not a strong taste.

Kyoto Kinshi Masamune. This Junmai Daiginjo is 100% Yamadanishiki made at Kaga Fukumitsuya. The mouthfeel is refreshing, but there is a richness of rice that goes down the throat, giving it a sake-like character. The aroma is weak.
