I've known the name for a while, but this is my first time drinking it. The rice is 100% Shukumei. It's fruity at first, but at the end, it hits you hard. It was easier to drink Gohyakumangoku, a special junmai, but I thought it had a common taste and passed it up. This one has more character. It is fruity and dry.

First Fushimi sake after debuting at Sake-no-wa! It's been a while since we went to Kyoto, so we decided to buy a bottle of Fushimi sake. The first time I took it out of the refrigerator, I had the impression that it was too alcoholic to be good for me😑. However, as the temperature gets closer to room temperature, the sweetness increases and it's nice 😳 It's mellow and easy to drink like Fushimi sake. It's delicious! This is a sake that should not be chilled, but lukewarm heating might be good too🤔. I'm so glad I bought it in the end ☺️.

A fellow triathlete was at Daimaru in Kyoto, A triathlete friend of mine was at Daimaru in Kyoto and bought it on the recommendation of the clerk. He asked me to come over to his house to drink it 🍾. If we're going to drink, let's practice first ⤴︎ So 🏊&🚲&🏃‍♂️ practice and then party 🍻. It's aged well and colored perfectly ✨. But I can say with certainty that it's not something you can just slurp down on a tired body, I'm sure it's not something you can just chug down 🤣. Best to drink it dry 😅.

A souvenir of Kyoto for my father. Naturally, I drink it, too. It was good when I tasted it, but it was also good when I drank it at home. The flavor is just right. The two of us were completely empty in no time. If you see it, please drink it. The label is nice. What does "Kyoto-brewed" mean? Is it made with rice or water from Kyoto?

On the way back from Gifu, I had some time to kill at Nagoya Station, so I went to the sake department of Takashimaya Department Store. On that day, a person from Kinshi Masamune in Kyoto was there to make a recommendation. He said, "It is made with soft water from Fushimi, so if you don't mind a softer sake, this is the one for you. He said, "It is made with soft water in Fushimi, if you don't mind soft sake. I had no prior knowledge of Kinshi Masamune, but I thought this was a good chance. So I bought it. I guess it is more of a dry wine. It is not too sweet and not too sour, so it is refreshing, but it has a taste. I guess it's the sweetness of the rice, not a strong taste. This is good 😋.
