Kumamoto's local sake, Sanzanmura
Slightly sweet ginjo aroma
A light, sweet mouthfeel with a soft acidity.
Like drinking fresh green apple juice
I drank too much and my memory is fuzzy
I'm not even sure of the notes I wrote at the time😅.
Anyway, it's delicious!
Sake brewed with sake rice grown by a pesticide-free method called "Koi Farming" in Sanzan Village!
Using the carp farming method, carp are released into the rice paddies 🌾🌾 to get rid of pests.
A few years ago, I drank Manbo from Kumamoto Kameman Shuzo, which was a sake made using the duck farming method🦆!
There are many people in Kumamoto who practice natural farming methods 🫶.
