First Fushimi sake after debuting at Sake-no-wa!
It's been a while since we went to Kyoto, so we decided to buy a bottle of Fushimi sake.
The first time I took it out of the refrigerator, I had the impression that it was too alcoholic to be good for me😑.
However, as the temperature gets closer to room temperature, the sweetness increases and it's nice 😳 It's mellow and easy to drink like Fushimi sake. It's delicious!
This is a sake that should not be chilled, but lukewarm heating might be good too🤔.
I'm so glad I bought it in the end ☺️.

This one doesn't have modernity or a strong personality, but I got the impression that it was made to suit the modern palate while keeping the tradition of the Edo period in its taste (is that an exaggeration?)
