Takashimaya Sake Festival This is the first time for Inatahime. The aroma was not so strong, but the taste of rice came out in a mild flavor, and the mouthfeel was very pleasant. It was delicious 😁.

I decided to make a last spurt to conquer the whole country 🤣Tottori and Shimane, I don't get to see them very often so I popped a bottle 😂I'm opening it all at once👍. First, Inatahime‼️. The name is "Gouriki rice". The name sounds powerful😁. The flavor comes fast and furious! The sweetness is only slightly perceptible and the sharpness finishes quickly😋. When you drink it with octopus wassa, the sweetness also appears and it is delicious👍.

I wanted to try my first Osaka sake, Akushika, but I found Kurehaaru at my favorite izakaya... a traditional local sake. It's a good sake for a mid-meal drink. Yes! Local sake. The flavor is as expected.

After enjoying Fushimi's soft water hot springs in Kyoto, I spent the last part of my trip in Osaka👍. Since it was a special occasion, we had a drink at Kurehaaru, which we hadn't had in a year, and some oden and kushikatsu! The aroma is almost imperceptible. It has a refreshing taste on the palate, but the robust flavor of the rice comes on later. Still, it is lighter than other Osaka sake and has a moderate sweet and spicy taste. It has no habits and goes perfectly with oden ✨.

The fourth and final bottle I bought from Gonoi Sake Store's free shipping campaign is Karahashi, which is one of my favorite brands ❗ As I wrote in my previous review, it is brewed by Homare Shuzo, the family of freelance announcer Yumi Karahashi 😘. I've had the Yamada Nishiki black kara-hashi a few times before, but I've missed the Yume-no-Koh white kara-hashi a few times at my local liquor store, so I took this opportunity to pop it ☝️. The upfront aroma is a hint of strawberry🍓. It's sweet and delicious at first, but after swallowing, the bitter and sour aftertaste spreads slowly. It's dry compared to Haneya's Aizan, which I opened just before, but I like it because it's not overpowering, and it goes well with almost anything😄. It's a shame that the brand name is not registered on Sake no Wa... 😢.

Sakemonogatari in Kansai(*) It is a hiyaoroshi of honjozo with a slightly sweet taste and a sense of grain! It is well balanced, probably because it is a honjozo. September 12, 2021 Dinner at home. I got this yazu from my friend yesterday. Today, I'm going to taste it as nigiri. The sake is Kawakame, a local sake from Hachimanohama. Kawakame. It is light and dry, and goes well with fish. 300ml is not enough for me, but But since I drank it two days in a row I'll leave it at that...(´ω・；)

The last bottle caught my eye and my attention, so I bought it! It's a blend of Junmai Ginjo and Junmai Daiginjo blame. Exciting just to hear about it😊. And it's reasonable!
