I was called to work in Tokyo. I don't like cities. The National Diet building is beautiful with gingko trees in full color. I was surprised that it didn't smell like ginkgo. It is as expected. Here's the last GW drink we had It was a sake brewery I knew nothing about. This sake was sold as a summer draft sake by the Japan Meimon Shukai. Are you a member of the Shuunin? Shu-in opening! The aroma is clean 🍎. Personally, I don't feel much sweetness, but a nice clean acidity and a bitter taste at the end 😋. I was finally able to get my hands on it when I visited Seitama's sake brewery. It has a unique aroma like old pickles with a hint of acidity. The taste is sweet and rich, with a very mellow flavor. It can be served cold or at room temperature.
