I want to repeat ✨ ⬇HP excerpt⬇ On sale from 5/28 Junmai-shu brewed with Iwate Prefecture's brand rice "Ginga no SHIZUKU". The rice used to make this junmai sake is Iwate Prefecture's brand rice, "Ginga no Shizuku. The sake is bottled and stored in cold storage. The raw sake is pressed and bottled with a slight "oriki" (ooze) remaining. It is recommended to drink chilled, on the rocks, or with carbonated water. Rice = Ginga no Shizuku (produced in Otsuchi Town) Rice polishing ratio = 60 Yeast used = In-house yeast Alcohol content = 16 Sake meter = -2.5 Price 720ml = 1,500 yen

Annual 2-night 3-day New Year's party with a group of friends🎍(*late) The first part of the party was held at "Ajisei" in Morioka. I got this one warmed up, too. It goes with octopus grilled on the grill like it's the end of the world😇 I think it's going to be a trend to have spicy sake heated up and served with seafood! (*in my opinion). I had a lot of other drinks, but I couldn't take a picture of the bottles, so I gave up on checking in according to my rule 😢. (*There are so many sake that I have given up, I might forget if I don't make a note of them in a separate entry...)
