A very good autumn sake as a food sake! The astringency and acidity, including bitterness, give it a nice crispness. It also has a refreshing coolness. After that, the umami taste spreads, though not strongly. The flavor increases as the temperature approaches room temperature. It is as if the umami has been added to Houken, which is easy to drink without getting tired of it, and the depth has been added to it.

While fruity, Tenmei is also astringent. It has a light, beautiful sweetness that is typical of Tenmei, but the mouthfeel makes you think it has a strong astringency and acidity. The aftertaste has a deep sweetness that may be derived from Yamadanishiki. There is a sense of alcohol and a slight heaviness. It is better to drink it at room temperature rather than chilled to reduce the stinginess. The rice used is 25% Yamadanishiki from Aizu, 75% Comet from Hokkaido, and Association 1001 yeast.

Koei Chrysanthemum is a delight to the palate. Like the label, it is as light as a cloud floating in a blue sky. It is light like a cloud floating in the blue sky, just like the label. The sweetness is kept to a minimum and the acidity is light. You have to be careful when opening the bottle. The moment you remove the black plastic clasp that surrounds the cork, the cork will pop open and sake will pour out even though you haven't touched it. Be really careful!

It's clean, yet robustly delicious! Immediately after opening the bottle, I thought it was a little rough, but it is a rounded sake. It has a slightly yellowish color and light acidity. It is easy to drink and soaks into the body. It is a little on the sweet side, with a nice soft sweet aftertaste. It seems that 100 yen per bottle will be donated to Ishikawa Prefecture and the Ishikawa Federation of Sake Brewers Associations to help with the recovery from the Noto Peninsula earthquake. This is an original brand by Sanya Sake Brewery and Kitayasu Brewery. It is dry but has a fruity sweetness. The aftertaste is sharp and helps to reset the palate. Personally, I feel it is a bit rough, but I have a feeling it will mellow out after a day. When I drank it later in the day, it had a rounder taste!

A rich, beautiful wine with fullness. Fruity sweetness and natural astringency. I wonder if this flavor is derived from Miyamanishiki. Since it is produced by a winery, it tastes somewhat like white wine. While it has a sweetness, my impression is that it is a bit dry. It has a sake-like taste, but it goes down the throat easily.

This is the dry sake that has left the greatest impression on my brain! It does not have a strong impact, but it has no peculiarities and may be my favorite of all dry sake. It has a soft mouthfeel, though I am not sure if "sharp" is the right word to describe it. It also has a slightly bitter taste. Although it is claimed to be super dry, the acidity is gentle! I bought it after reading about it in dancyu, and I am glad I did. É I like neutral to slightly sweet tastes, so it is not exactly in the middle of my strike zone, but it is a bottle that made me think it is delicious!

If I were to compare it to baseball, it would be a sake that has three perfect runs, offense, and defense! It has a strong image of the KAIFUDO I drank in the past, and I thought it would be acidic and sharp, but thanks to the light nigori, it has an image of umami on top of the acidity. I think it is a sake that does not choose just anyone. It should go well with dishes with strong flavors and seafood, which is the concept of this sake. The umami flavor on its own will allow you to drink it without getting tired of it! My favorite type of handsome man

Also, I wonder if the ori is connected to its umami. The alcohol content is 14.5%. It is light and easy to drink. Personally, it is becoming one of my favorite winter sake.
