The taste of old-fashioned sake that you can feel slowly! When I drank it close to room temperature, I thought it was clean and dry in the mouth. The aftertaste has a richness like junmai sake. When I opened the bottle, I was drinking it in the wrong temperature range, but two days later, when I chilled it thoroughly, it was less dry and more clear! 2 days later, when I drank it well chilled, it seemed clearer!
