Shrimp tempura zaru soba for lunch on a one-day trip to Odawara, with fish cake, etc.
Light and dry with a little sourness. A little good aroma. 😋😋😋😋
It goes well with soba noodles. This brewery won the first prize in the SAKE COMPETITION 2025 Junmai Daiginjo. You can feel the technical skill of the brewery.
If I have a chance, I would like to buy a bottle.
880 yen for 1 gou (tax included)
Sake from the neighboring town of Atsugi: Morimasu!
I always thought it was "Morimasu" but it was "Sakarasu"!
I had put it off because it's local and sold all over the place, but now I heard it won first place in the "SAKE competition"!
What? It was such a great sake! So I bought it at a local liquor store!
As the description says, it is slightly sweet, but soon after that, it turns dry!
I don't like spicy sake, but it's not bad! I can gobble it up!
Delicious!
But it's not fruity, and although it says "delicious in a wine glass", it's not that aromatic...?
Maybe I should buy a wine glass?
Today, I went to an autograph signing by Reichi Nakaiido, formerly of RC Succession! I went to Chavo's book signing and had a good time, so I opened a bottle of sake to congratulate him!
Good day!
Good evening, Miuraumi 🌆.
I also drank the special junmai for the first time today and it was quite delicious😊I would like to try the junmai daiginjo as well!
A sake from Kanagawa, where I live, took first place, so I definitely wanted to drink it and bought it.
It has a gorgeous aroma, followed by a refreshing sweetness, and then the characteristic Junmai Daiginjo rice flavor. It has a sour taste at the end.
Even though it is a junmai daiginjo, it was easy to drink.
Delicious.
Won first place in the Junmai Daiginjo category of SAKE COMPETITION 2025, a sake competition to determine the world's best commercial sake.
Fruity, elegant, sweet and delicious.
It does not have much of a ginjo aroma, but has a slightly sour aroma like a honjozo.
In the mouth, it tastes like water at first. After swallowing, there is a slight bitterness.
It was supposed to be a ginjo, so it was a bit different from it, but it had a refreshing taste that did not interfere with the meal.
It is refreshing in the mouth, so it might go well with a steak or gratin that has a strong flavor. It might go well with a steak or gratin with a strong flavor.
Buy it at Koganei Sake Brewery
Kanagawa Sake, which has been a long time coming.

Fruity, dry mouthfeel. Delicious.
We paired it with shioumai from Sakiyo-eiken.
It is not too watery, not too thick, not too flirtatious, not too sharp, not too strong, just right. At worst, it is not very distinctive, but I like it very much. It is delicious. Dry and very easy to drink, but not plain like water.
