Rikugo Higashine Junmai Namaishu
16% koji 50% kake 60% 720ml 1595 yen
This is the first sake from Akita. The label looks delicious. Is this the brewery of Harukasumi?
It is made from Misato Nishiki. Misato Nishiki is a cross between Yamadanishiki and Miyamanishiki. The brewery has its own Kameyama yeast, which is a wonderful environment.
It is light with a little gas, but has a thick core. The pleasant bitterness and astringency in the aftertaste are exquisite and delicious.
You can drink it without any accompaniment. No, I would like to drink it without a side dish.
The price of 1,595 yen is also reasonable!

The aroma is fresh, but the aftertaste is acidic and has a pungent or lightly bitter impression. Delicious.
The sake is bottled directly without filtration during the pressing process, which gives it a lively flavor with a strong sense of gas and freshness.
100% Misato Nishiki, Akita Prefecture's original sake rice, is used.
The brewer of this sake, Ou Pride Sake Brewery, is located in Misato Town at the foot of the Ou Mountains in the interior of Akita Prefecture.
The area is blessed with abundant melted snow water flowing from the Ou Mountains.
The sake rice is Misato Nishiki, which was born in Akita. This sake rice is a crossbreed of Yamadanishiki and Miyamanishiki, and is said to be well suited to the climate of this region.
We enjoyed the bounty of the land, brewed with soft water from the melting snow of the Ou Mountains (subsoil water) with a hardness of about 30-40 and Misanishiki, a sake rice unique to Akita.
For the record.
Ritsurin.
It is made from Misato Nishiki harvested in a district called Rokugo Higashine.
There is also Kanazawa Nishine, which is the same Misato Nishiki but from a different district. It is recommended to compare the differences between the different districts.
Sushi Matsuura🍣 There were six in total, but I only post the ones I've never met before.
The sixth and last one is Kuririn from Akita. This sake is made with Misato Nishiki from the Rokugo Higashine area of Misato Town. The label on the back of the bottle says to compare the two. I bet you wouldn't be able to tell the difference even if you drank it 🤣.
