This Sake is bright and slightly tart. There are flavors of apple and a hint of pear. A medium mouth feel with acidity to clean your pallet. Nicely refreshing.
Although the label is damaged, the Sake is a beautiful melon flavor with a hint of banana. There is also some acidity to give it some dryness at the finish. Good balance between sweet and dry with a medium mouth feel. Excellent!

Hana of Tsukiyoshino Unfiltered Nama Sake 720ml 100% Hitogochiki produced in Nagano Prefecture Rice polishing ratio: 55 Alcohol content: 15%. Purchased at Hara's in Ueda on Saturday. With amazake, of course. It is a gorgeous spring-like sake with a more mellow sweet taste. On Saturday, we went from Tateshina to the Ueda Castle beyond the ski resort. It was already starting to change colors. The parking lot was full. We had lunch at a buckwheat noodle restaurant in Sakaki Town on the way to Chikuma. We never had a bad experience at any soba restaurant.

I asked if there was anything cold? I asked and a rare sake was served 😳. This Kikutaka is no longer available 😊. Thankfully we had it 😃. It has a rich flavor as if it is unfiltered Yamahai, and the acidity is quite strong and peculiar 😊. I think it is a good choice for those who drink it 😊.

Akebono Shuzo's Akebono Seishun, well known for Tenmei. I drink Tenmei from time to time, but this label is new to me, so I opened the bottle 🎉. The aroma is gentle and subdued. It has a slight viscosity and seems to be quite sweet, but the bitterness soon develops. It then fades away leaving a complex umami taste. At 17 degrees alkalinity, the flavor is thick and robust from the first sip 👊. This Daiginjo is made from Yamada-Nishiki polished to 40%. We enjoyed this clear yet rich umami sake 😋.

[What a firm Machida 😆]. Machida Brewery's customary specs undisclosed items. The pear 🍐-like aroma, slight fizziness, sweet and fruity attack, and pleasant bitterness in the aftertaste, the Machida Brewery's characteristics are still intact. It has a gorgeous taste, and I don't have the palate to comment on the differences from the Machida Brewery in my memory😅. If I were to pair it with a meal, I think it would be better with something well seasoned, like fried food or sweet and spicy simmered dishes 😊. ...so I guess it would go well with katsu-ni (pork cutlet stew) 😋...

@ Daikokuya Liquor Store Maniacal selection of products, I thought I would go back. Rice used is Kame-no-o. It has a gaseous taste with a crisp and clean aftertaste. It is gorgeous. The sweetness is a little strong, but it goes in smoothly. It was a solid and delicious sake ❗️.

Tasted and purchased. Firmly sweet but refreshing. Maybe citrusy? Dangerous one because of the low alcohol content. I wish Shirobotan would release fresh sake. It is sweet, but the alcohol taste is a little strong. I feel it is a bit strong. I think it tastes better after about 2 days than when it is freshly opened, even though it is fire-aged. It is similar to the impression I had when I drank it at a tasting.
