I asked if there was anything cold? I asked and a rare sake was served 😳. This Kikutaka is no longer available 😊. Thankfully we had it 😃. It has a rich flavor as if it is unfiltered Yamahai, and the acidity is quite strong and peculiar 😊. I think it is a good choice for those who drink it 😊.

At home. Osaka Kawachinagano Amano Sake, the first time I️ had this sake. This brewery is located on Koya Kaido, and the surrounding area has a nice atmosphere. It was my first time to visit there, but it must be a famous place. The taste was quite dry, and it was a taste for adults.

September 12, 2021 Dinner at home. I got this yazu from my friend yesterday. Today, I'm going to taste it as nigiri. The sake is Kawakame, a local sake from Hachimanohama. Kawakame. The last bottle caught my eye and my attention, so I bought it! It's a blend of Junmai Ginjo and Junmai Daiginjo blame. Exciting just to hear about it😊. And it's reasonable! On the day of opening the bottle, it had a neutral impression. Rather than the Tainai-san type that washes down as a food sake. I thought it was the type to stay close to you. After enjoying Fushimi's soft water hot springs in Kyoto, I spent the last part of my trip in Osaka👍.
