At Hankyu Department Store I had a chance to drink all kinds of sake. The nigori was also delicious. They also gave us a 1:1 blend of nigori and junmai. It was also delicious. The one that caught my attention was the Junmai sake "P&A (Panda)", Junmai sake "P&A (Panda)". It's black and white, so I guess it's 🐼😁. It is said that lactic acid is not used in the yeast stocking but is substituted with citric acid produced from white and black malted rice and fermented slowly at low temperature. It is refreshing and light to drink. Pleasant acidity and a clean aftertaste, but it was a bit unusual.

First brand. The price was reduced from 1,800 yen to 1,000 yen due to product replacement. The aroma is a little alcoholic, but the sweetness of the rice can be felt clearly. As a summer sake, it tastes best when it is cooled down to the perfect temperature.

I got it as a gift 😌. I chilled it...but this...is definitely a heated sake. I failed 🥲. In a good way, it's old school sake! You can feel the strong and solid sake and alcohol 😊. Drinking at home

The brewer does not use lactic acid in the yeast stocking process, but instead uses citric acid produced from white/black malted rice to ferment slowly at a low pitch. The rice is fermented slowly at low speed. Isehikari rice Clear and refreshing with a sour taste Medium dry, easy to drink and delicious 😋😋.
